Description

The present invention relates to a bag-type package that can be sealed after filling it with a product, the corresponding container can be closed after its first opening allowing several quantities of product to be taken at separate time intervals and preserving the rest of the product. product inside the closed container again. Containers or bags are known which comprise a removable closure system that allows the closure of the container after having filled it with a product, and then its opening to remove a quantity of the product, followed by another closure by removal of the closure system to preserve the rest of the corresponding product contained within the package. Thus, the product can be consumed several times. This type of packaging has the disadvantage of allowing fraudulent consumers to serve in the sections of the self-service store, take out a quantity of product from the container directly in the store, and conveniently remove the closure system and leave the corresponding container thus started in the section. Conversely, the fraudulent consumer can add an additional amount of product to the package after the seller has weighed it and labeled with the sale price and before going through the box; Eventually, when you checkout, the cashier may not realize that the container has been opened.

Some prior art packages allow this inconvenience to be overcome by proposing a package or bag that has a bag configured to remain permanently closed before its first opening, which is apparent when it has been made. Once the bag is open, it can be temporarily closed again by a removable closure. In this sense, the Spanish utility model published with the number ES1074604U and the international patent application published with the number WO9964308A1 are known.

Document ES1074604U describes a package comprising a backsheet, an intermediate sheet and an earlier sheet. The intermediate sheet and the front sheet are sealed together on the side sides and on the bottom side in order to form a bag. A welding cord type closure system is used between the intermediate sheet and the front sheet, on the upper side, to close the bag permanently before its first opening. Under this closure system, cutting means are located to cut the upper side of the intermediate and anterior sheets sealed together, in order to open the bag and to access the products packaged inside. The rear sheet joins the intermediate sheet at its lower part located below the cutting means, while its upper part comprises adhesive and removable closure means on its inner face. When the bag is open, the upper sides of the intermediate and anterior sheets, welded together, are separated. This allows the upper side of the backsheet to be folded with its adhesive and removable closure means, on the outer face of the front sheet, to provisionally close the container after its first opening.

WO9964308A1 discloses a package comprising a front sheet and a rear sheet that form a bag, the rear sheet extends upwardly with respect to the previous sheet in order to constitute a flap for closing the bag. Said front and rear sheets are sealed together with a sealing cord located on the upper side of the bag, which guarantees the permanent closure of the bag before the first use. Said sealing cord is configured to separate when the two sheets are separated, which allows the bag to be opened. An adhesive tape is placed on the outer face of the previous sheet to keep the flap in the bag's closed position after its first opening, the flap can be opened to access the mouth and be removed, in order to consume the product in several quantities. Clamping means are provided to grip the upper edge of the anterior sheet and facilitate separation of the sealing cord.

The present invention develops a design variant of a package that presents a bag configured for the merchant to fill it with products and close it directly in the store in accordance with the customer's order, the corresponding bag is also configured to be closed so permanent before its first opening and, once said bag is opened, to be temporarily closed again by means of a removable closure, which allows the product contained within the package to be consumed in several quantities and prevent access to the corresponding product before its first opening that is apparent when it has been made.

To this end, the invention relates to a package comprising a first sheet and a second sheet. Preferably, both sheets are of identical dimensions and are sealed to each other on the side sides and on the bottom side of the container, which allows a bag with a first mouth on the top to be formed, until the container is used for the first time since the corresponding bag closes after filling it with product, food for example. In this sense, the package comprises means of permanent closure of the mouth of the bag, the corresponding means of permanent closure are configured between the corresponding sheets, on the upper side of the container, to be put on site and close the first mouth after having filled the product bag. with a product and the commissioning of permanent closure means are carried out by the merchant or seller in the store, according to the products ordered by the customer, and even made directly by the customer that is served only in the store. The corresponding sheets are joined together on the corresponding upper side, preferably butt, during commissioning of the permanent closing means. In the same way, once put by work by the merchant, the means of permanent closure remain in permanent position in the container, that is to say that they are not torn or cut to open the bag, in addition, the second sheet comprises means of Easy opening configured to manually create a second mouth in this second sheet, displaced below the permanent closing means, in order to open the corresponding bag and access the products. The upper part of the container, constituted by the upper part of the first sheet and by the upper part of the second sheet permanently joined together thanks to the means of permanent closure, forms a flap configured to fold over the outer face of the second sheet and cover the corresponding second mouth, which allows the bag to be closed again. Thus, the design of the package makes it possible to advantageously limit the number of sheets, in comparison with the package described in document ES1074604U, and eliminates the addition of an additional flap that extends from one of the sheets, compared to the described package in WO9964308A1. This reduces the amount of raw material used for the manufacture of the container according to the invention.

According to an embodiment of the package object of the invention, the sheets are waterproof. Similarly, when commissioned, the permanent closing means are configured to ensure the sealing of the upper side with the lateral sides. However, porous sheets and closing means can be provided that do not guarantee total tightness between the upper side and the side sides of the package, without thereby leaving the field of the invention; this can be contemplated for example for a package for hardware products or for hot products, to limit condensation, and even for other products.

Preferably, according to this embodiment of the package, both sheets are sealed to each other on the lateral sides by at least one sealing cord whose upper edges are far from the upper edge of the container, and the permanent closure means comprise a first adhesive tape, located on an inner face of one of the sheets and which extends laterally to the lateral edges of the inner face, two additional contributions of adhesive, located on the inner face and joining the upper edges of the sealing cord to the lateral ends of the corresponding adhesive tape, and a first removable protective tape, which extends laterally between the inner faces of the sheets and that covers the adhesive tape and the two additional contributions of adhesive. This type of packaging is configured to allow a first closure of the bag on site by the merchant, after filling the bag of products, in the sections of fresh products such as the fishmonger, cheese, butcher and charcuterie sections.

According to this preferred embodiment of the package, first pressing means are configured to grip the first protective tape and facilitate its detachment from the first adhesive tape. This facilitates the completion of the first closure of the bag after filling with products.

According to the package object of the present invention, the removable closure means are located below the easy opening means. This arrangement has the advantage of guiding the opening of the bag between the permanent closing means and the removable closing means, in order to prevent the opening from spreading to the second sheet. However, the possibility of placing said removable closure means on top of the easy opening means, that is to say on the part that forms the flap, without leaving the field of the present invention can be contemplated.

According to a first embodiment of the easy closing means of the package object of the invention, these are constituted by a perforated line that extends laterally on the outer face.

According to this first embodiment, second pressing means are located on the outer face of the second sheet, on at least one of the sides of the perforated line. This has the advantage of facilitating the grip with the fingers of the second sheet, on each side of the perforated line, to pull in two opposite directions and tear the second sheet according to said perforated line. This is even more advantageous when the product contained in the bag is flat and moist, such as slices of ham, and when the inner faces of both sheets stick to said product, which prevents easily grasping the second sheet in the absence of corresponding second pressure means. Of course, other variants of second means of pressure can be contemplated without leaving the field of the invention.

According to a second embodiment of the easy opening means in the package object of the invention, these comprise two perforated lines that extend laterally with a space between them, in order to define a pre-cut tape. In the same way, an adhesive tape covers the corresponding pre-cut tape, the adhesion coefficient of the adhesive tape is greater than the tear coefficient of the perforated lines, and means of tension are configured to grip the corresponding adhesive tape. Thus, when pulling the adhesive tape, the pre-cut tape is torn from the second sheet to open the bag. Said design may be advantageous to arrange

of a larger mouth, in order to facilitate access to the product contained in the bag and its extraction from the corresponding bag.

According to an embodiment of the package object of the invention, the removable closure means are constituted by a second adhesive tape that extends laterally, directly or indirectly, by the outer face of the second sheet, and by a second removable protective tape that covers the corresponding second adhesive tape before putting on the corresponding removable closure means.

According to an embodiment of the package object of the invention, the first sheet is constituted by a polyethylene paper and the second sheet is constituted by a transparent film. Of course, other variants can be contemplated; for example, two sheets each consisting of a polyethylene paper or a transparent film can be contemplated.

The following description evidences the characteristics and advantages of the present invention based on the figures, among which:

- Figure 1 illustrates a package according to the invention, before filling it with product and before putting the permanent closure means on site;

- Figure 2 illustrates a package according to the invention, after its filling with products and the commissioning of permanent closing means;

In the continuation of the description, the same references are used to define the same characteristics or their equivalents, according to the different embodiments.

In Figure 1, the package 1 is illustrated before filling it with products and closing them. The package 1 comprises a first sheet 2 and a second sheet 3, preferably of identical dimensions. Preferably, the first sheet 2 is made of an opaque material that guarantees thermal insulation, a polyethylene paper for example. Preferably, the second sheet 3 is made with a transparent film that allows the visualization of the products contained within the package. In Figures 1 to 3, the first sheet 2 and the second sheet 3 are sealed to each other on the side sides 1a, 1b and on the bottom side 1c of the package by means of a weld bead 4, which allows the formation of a bag 5, defined in more detail in Figure 4. The realization of sheets 2, 3 with other materials can be contemplated without thereby leaving the field of the invention; for example, both sheets 2, 3 can be made of polyethylene paper or transparent film.

When both sheets 2, 3 are made of the same material, the bag 5 can be made with a single sheet that constitutes the corresponding two sheets 2, 3, then the corresponding single sheet is folded on the bottom side 1c of the container 1 and is They make two welding cords 4a, 4b on the lateral sides 1a, 1b of the corresponding container 1, as illustrated in Figure 5.

The bag 5 has a first mouth 6 defined on the upper side 1d of the container 1, as illustrated in Figure 1, said mouth 6 allows the introduction of products in the bag 5. Once the products 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d introduced in the bag 5, permanent closure means 8 are put into work, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2.

Preferably, once placed on site, said permanent closing means 8 are configured to guarantee the total tightness of the container 1. The permanent closing means 8 comprise a first adhesive tape 9 located on the inner face 2a of the first sheet 2, laterally between its two lateral edges 11a, 11b. This first adhesive tape 9 is offset with respect to the two upper lateral ends 10a, 10b of the weld seam 4, in the case of figures 1 to 3, and even of the weld seams 4a, 4b, in the case of the Figure 5. Similarly, two additional contributions of adhesive substance 12, 13 are located respectively on the inner face 2a of the first sheet 2, on its lateral edges 11a, 11b, and cover the upper lateral ends 10a, 10b of the cord 4 and two side portions 14a, 14b of the lower edge 9a of the first adhesive tape 9. Preferably, the upper edge 9b of said first adhesive tape 9 is contiguous with the upper edge 15 of the inner face 2a of the first sheet 2. Similarly , a first protective tape 16 covers the two additional contributions of adhesive substance 12, 13 and the first adhesive tape 9, which provisionally prevents permanent sealing by gluing the inner face 3a of the second sheet 3 to the inner face 2a of the first sheet 2, on the upper side 1d of the container 1, which would prevent access to the bag 5 through the first mouth 6. Said protective tape 16 protrudes laterally from the side edges 11a, 11b, thus facilitating its grip to proceed to its detachment. Once the products 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d introduced into the bag 5 through the mouth 6, the first protective tape 16 is removed, which allows permanent bonding between the corresponding two inner faces 2a,

3a, then the two additional contributions 12, 13 guarantee a continuity of the permanent seal between the ends 10a, 10b of the cord 4 and the first adhesive tape 9. The commissioning of these permanent closing means 8 prevents the extraction of the products 7a , 7b, 7c, 7d out of bag 5, through the first mouth 6 that is already closed.

The specialist may also refer to patent application FR2921049A1, filed by the applicant, which describes in detail different variants of realization of these means of permanent closure 8 that guarantee the tightness, for the modes of realization of two sheets without separator. Therefore, these different embodiments described in patent application FR2921049A1 can be contemplated within the framework of the present invention.

Of course, the sheets 2, 3 are waterproof in order to guarantee the total tightness of the container 1 after its first closure thanks to the permanent closing means 8. However, variants of permanent closing means 8 can be developed that do not provide a tight seal, in particular when packaged products do not need such tightness.

As illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the package 1 comprises easy opening means 17 located on the second sheet 3. Said easy opening means 17 comprise a perforated line 18 extending laterally to near the side sides 21a, 21b of the cord 4, and even of the two cords 4a, 4b in the case of figure 5. Said perforated line 18 allows to tear the second sheet 3 in order to discover a second mouth 19, illustrated in figure 3, which allows the extraction of a part of the products 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d contained in the bag 5. Two tabs 20, 21 are located on the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3, respectively on each side of the perforated line 18, and facilitate the tearing of the sheet 3 according to said perforated line 18, pulling said tabs 20, 21 in two more or less opposite directions. However, only one of the two flanges 20, 21 can be provided, which would also facilitate the tearing of the sheet 3 according to the perforated line 18, pulling this single flange 20 or 21 in one direction and keeping the other side of the container one.

Variants for carrying out easy-opening means 17 can be contemplated on the second sheet 3. For example, in Figure 4, said easy-opening means 17 comprise two perforated lines 22a, 22b defining a pre-cut tape 23. Said pre-cut tape 23 extends laterally to near the lateral sides 21a, 21b of the cord 4. An adhesive tape 24 covers this precut tape 23 on the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3. Said adhesive tape 24 protrudes from the lateral edges 25a, 25b of the outer face 3a in order to facilitate its grip for its detachment. The adhesive tape 24 comprises a coefficient of adhesion greater than the tearing force of the perforated lines 22a, 22b, which allows, with the detachment of the adhesive tape 24, to tear the precut tape 23 that emerges from the second sheet 3 and still attached to the adhesive tape 23, thus discovering the second mouth 19.

In Figures 1 to 4, the container 1 comprises removable closure means 26 located on the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3, below the easy opening means 17. However, it can be provided to place them on top of the corresponding means of easy opening 17. Said removable closure means 26 comprise a second adhesive tape 27 which extends laterally to the lateral edges 25a, 25b of the second sheet 3 on which the corresponding second adhesive tape 27 is located. Before being used, said Removable closure means 26 comprise a second protective tape 28 that covers the second adhesive tape 27 in order to protect the package against the untimely sticking of outer elements on the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3. Said second protective tape 28 can protrude a little of the lateral edges 25a, 25b in order to facilitate its grip for its detachment.

When the first opening of the bag 5 is carried out thanks to the easy opening means 17, the consumer can take out only a part of the products 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, through the second mouth 19. The consumer can then fold the upper part 29 of the container 1, integrated by the upper part of the first lamina 2 and by the upper part of the second lamina 3 kept sealed together by the permanent closing means 8, the corresponding upper part 29 of the container 1 thus forms a closing flap of the second mouth 19, as illustrated in Figure 3. Said upper part 29 forming a flap is kept in a folded position on the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3 thanks to the second adhesive tape 27. The adhesion coefficient of the second adhesive tape 27 is chosen so that the corresponding flap can be detached to access the second mouth 19 and take out another quantity of product 7c, 7d, and that the flap canstick again to the outer face 3b.

In Figure 6, the easy-opening means 17 comprise a perforated line 18 extending laterally to near the lateral sides 21a, 21b of the cord 4, as in the case of Figures 1 to 3, and even of the two cords 4a, 4b, as in the case of Figure 5. A single flange 20 is located below the perforated line 18, said flange 20 is in the form of a tape that extends laterally through the outer face 3b of the second sheet 3. The proximal longitudinal edge 20a of the flange 20 is joined, for example, by a weld bead 30, next to the perforated line 18. Other embodiments can be contemplated without leaving the field of the invention, especially as regards the means for securing the first protective tape 16 of the permanent closing means 8, as regards the means for securing the second protective tape 28 of the removable closure means 26, and with respect to the means for pressing the adhesive tape 24 of the second variant of the easy-opening means 17, illustrated in Figure 4. Variants of permanent closing means 8, removable closing means 26 and easy opening means 17 can also be provided.

Other features can also be contemplated, such as the installation by means of bending means that facilitate the folding of the upper part 29 of the container 1 that forms the flap, according to a defined folding line and that guarantees the suitable sealing of the second mouth 19 thanks to the placement of the corresponding flap.
