A package known by the state of the art is represented for example in Figures 8 and 9. Figure 8 shows the packaging in the fully assembled state and Figure 9 shows its individual parts as! as the refrigerator or freezer to be packed.

As can be seen especially in Figure 9, the packaging according to the state of the art has a bottom padding 10 arranged below on which the apparatus 100 rests. In addition, a roof padding 20 is provided that is placed above the apparatus 100. The reference sign 30 designates a cardboard shirt that delimits and wraps the apparatus on the front side and the back side as! as on both lateral surfaces.

In these known apparatus packages, both the roof padding 20 and the bottom padding 10 are made of expanded polystyrene. A disadvantage of the known packages is that, because of their tension of tension, the tensioning tapes 40 are nailed in the pieces 10, 20 of expanded polystyrene. In addition, it happens that the expanded polystyrene of which the quilts 10, 20 are lost loses tension under the tapes 40 and also decreases the tension of the tapes 40 themselves. Similar packaging was also disclosed by documents US3,485,351A and JP2005154007A. Document DE7926752U1 discloses a packing with bottom padding and roof padding, with a tensioning tape and with trays made as injection molded parts according to the preamble of claim 1.

The present invention has the objective of perfecting a packaging of the type mentioned at the beginning, in such a way that possible problems are avoided during the transport of the packaging due to a too low coefficient of friction of the trays. This objective is achieved by means of a package with the characteristics of claim 1.

It is envisaged that at least by zones in the area or areas in which or in contact with the belt, the bottom padding and / or the roof padding are made with means to increase the resistance and / or which are provided means that at least by areas prevent direct contact between the bottom padding and / or the roof padding and the tape.

By these means, it is possible to reduce the degree to which the tapes are nailed to the roof or bottom padding in comparison to known embodiments or to totally prevent them from nailing.

Basically, it is possible to realize the means to increase the resistance as integral components of the bottom or ceiling padding or as insert pieces or other additional parts that are attached to the bottom or ceiling padding.

Therefore, it is possible to make the quilts already during their manufacturing process with corresponding zones of greater resistance or make the quilts as components of homogeneous resistance and provide them at least by areas at the points in question where they come into contact with the o the tapes, with reinforcement means that prevent or reduce the nailing of these.

Preferably, it is envisaged that the areas of greatest resistance do not exist in the bottom or total roof padding, but only partially and preferably only in the areas where the tapes must be fixed, preferably in the points of critical contact with the tapes and especially in the areas where the tape changes direction (for example, from horizontal to vertical and vice versa). Therefore, preferably, an increase in resistance occurs only in the area (s) in which there is an especially high solicitation of the tapes on the bottom or roof padding and not in all the areas where the or the tapes are in contact with the bottom and / or ceiling padding.

It is possible that the packaging is made with at least one shirt adjacent to the bottom padding and / or the roof padding, the bottom padding having at least one edge on which the shirt rests and / or presenting the roof padding to the less an edge that partially or completely covers the upper front side of the shirt.

The bottom and / or ceiling padding may have a marginal section in which the tape changes direction, preferably from vertical to horizontal or vice versa. The areas of greatest resistance and / or the means to prevent direct contact between the tape and the bottom or roof padding are preferably (exclusively or also) in this zone of the change of direction of the tape.

In another embodiment of the invention it is provided that the means preventing direct contact are formed by an additional tape, especially an adhesive tape, or comprise it. According to the invention, it is provided that the means are formed by a tray in which or on which the bottom padding and / or the roof padding are located.

Alternatively or additionally to the partially higher resistances in the mentioned padding (s), therefore, another solution against tacking tapes is the application, for example, of stable adhesive tapes that preferably have a greater width than the tension tapes themselves.

According to the invention, it is also provided that the bottom padding is especially inserted, for example, in an embedded tray or an injection molded cup, or placed on it. This means that the tapes are no longer nailed and that the expanded polystyrene piece, that is, the bottom or roof padding, is robustly protected against dirt and damage. Therefore, handling with a wheelbarrow, dirt from the ground and relatively rough handling during transport does not damage the expanded polystyrene part, since these solicitations are absorbed by the tray.

According to the invention, it is intended to insert the bottom padding and / or the roof padding into an embedded tray or an injection molded cup, hereinafter generally referred to as "tray". In this way, the tapes that are preferably made as bandage tapes are not nailed, because preferably by the tray a direct contact between the tape and the bottom or ceiling padding is avoided and because the expanded polystyrene or other padding material bottom or ceiling is robustly protected against dirt and damage.

Damages can occur basically during the movement of the device with a wheelbarrow, by a dirty, irregular ground, or by a relatively rough handling during transport. These damage to the roof or bottom padding can be avoided according to the invention.

In the apparatus known to the state of the art, an expanded polystyrene bottom padding is reinforced by a wooden frame, as can be seen in Figures 10 and 11. In these figures, the bottom padding is designated by the reference sign 200 and the wooden frame is designated by reference sign 300. A relatively complicated construction of this type can be dispensed with according to the invention.

Preferably, a combination of a tray of synthetic material and an expanded polystyrene padding is provided. The synthetic material tray can be manufactured, for example, by a deep drawing, injection, 2K method or by a blowing technique procedure.

The tray can basically also consist of other material, for example metal or sheet metal, or combinations of materials.

The tray can be provided with integrated shock absorbing materials, for example feet, especially rubber feet, which serve to support the apparatus and dampen shocks. In this case, the bottom padding itself can be omitted, that is, the rubber feet or other damping elements form the bottom padding.

These damping materials may be provided on the inner side, on the outer side, on the inner and outer sides, partially or all over the surface.

According to the invention, it is provided that the tray according to the invention is provided in the bottom area with openwork, preferably with round openings. Through these drafts, the correspondingly shaped bottom or roof padding can be partly passed, protruding from the outer contour of the tray. In this way, the advantage is achieved that, despite the hard and smooth tray, the friction resistance corresponds to that of a conventional bottom padding, for example that of expanded polystyrene.

In this way, possible problems in the transport technique (drive friction coefficient) are avoided.

The drafts mentioned in the tray can be made round, rectangular, polygonal, oval, linear or in the form of letters.

The disposition and quantity of these drafts can be chosen freely according to the requirements. Preferably, it is provided that the bottom padding itself, preferably the expanded polystyrene material, touches the rollers on which the apparatus is passed. In this case, a quiet, stable and fault-free transport is guaranteed during the service.

The tray according to the invention can carry a company logo or an advertising letter punched, perforated, printed, concave or convex.

It is also possible to freely choose the color of the tray, for example for better differentiation during service. For example, with the help of colored trays in different ways it is possible to immediately recognize, for example, different types of apparatus.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bottom padding and / or the roof padding are attached to the tray by means of a geometric joint, preferably by means of a socket. This combination can also be assembled by other joining techniques, for example by tightening, bolting, gluing, geometric joining, etc.

For greater resistance, the tray may be provided with grooves and / or reinforcement ribs. The grooves can have the most diverse shapes and arrangements, such as parallel grooves, wave-shaped grooves etc.

For the reinforcement of the tray, pieces can also be inserted or injected additionally.

Additionally, there is the possibility of determining different wall thicknesses, for example thickened in the marginal zone. In this way, it is possible to make the tray more strongly there! where greater mechanical solicitations may appear.

In another preferable embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bottom or ceiling padding and / or the trays are made in a stackable manner, so that it is a space-saving embodiment. The radii of the tray and of the bottom and / or roof padding can be angular and preferably also have larger radii to guarantee a better sliding capacity. On the larger surface, however, with a view to stability, smaller radii are advantageous.
