Abstract
1.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, que comprende una fase de fibras no sellables térmicamente, y una fase de fibras térmicamente sellables, coextensiva, sobrepuesta a la misma y asegurada a la misma, caracterizado porque dicha fase de fibras térmicamente sellables se provee con un número grande de áreas pequeñas, discretas de alta infusión, físicamente modificadas, de contenido de fibras térmicamente sellables, sustancialmente reducido, dichas áreas de alta infusión ocupando de aproximadamente 10 a 75 por 100 del área de superficie de dicha fase de fibras no sellables térmicamente, subyacentes, estando sustancialmente libres de áreas asociadas de contenido reducido de fibra. 2.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque las áreas de alta infusión, de contenido de fibra reducido, tienen la forma de cráteres poco profundos, discretos, que tienen un área plana promedio por cráter en la escala de aproximadamente 3x10-4 a 3x10-1 cm2. y una concentración promedio de por lo menos aproximadamente 40/cm2. 3.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque las fibras térmicamente sellables comprenden pulpa sintética y las áreas de alta infusión del contenido de pulpa reducido son un arreglo aleatorio de un número grande de cráteres pocos profundos, que tienen un diámetro promedio en la escala de 0.05 a 5mm. 4.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado además porque la periferia de cada cráter tiene un contenido de pulpa sintética mayor que las porciones planas que no tienen cráteres, de la fase térmicamente sellable, algunos de dichos cráteres estando esencialmente libres de fibras térmicamente sellables en su base, a modo de exponer porciones de dicha fase no térmicamente sellable, subyacente. 5.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fase múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque las áreas de alta infusión de contenido de pulpa reducido tiene la forma de cráteres discretos, poco profundos, que ocupan 40 a 55 por 100 del área de superficie total, los cráteres teniendo un área plana promedio por cráter en la escala de aproximadamente 1x10-3 a 9x10-3 cm2. , a una concentración promedio de por lo menos aproximadamente 40/cm2., dichos cráteres teniendo un diámetro promedio en la escala de 0.2 a 2 mm. 6.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque las fibras térmicamente sellables comprenden pulpa sintética termoplástica, fibrilada, de área de superficie específica elevada y baja densidad. 7.Material de banda perfeccionado parainfusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado además porque la pulpa sintética comprende poliolefina de alta densidad que tiene un peso molecular mayor que 40,000 y un índice de fusión menor que 0,1. 8.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque dicho material de banda contiene una cantidad suficiente de agente tensoactivo para proveer humectabilidad sustancialmente uniforme dentro de la fase térmicamente sellable del material de banda. 9.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque dicho material de banda contiene por lo menos aproximadamente 0,1 por 100 en peso de un agente tensoactivo no iónico, que contiene un grupo polioxietileno. 10.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fasesmúltiples y fibroso, según la reivindicación 9, caracterizada además porque el agente tensoactivo es monoestearato de polioxietilen-(20)-sorbitán. 11.Material de banda perfeccionado para infusión, térmicamente sellable, de fases múltiples y fibroso.
