Abstract

1. Unidad de moldeo del tipo compuesto por una preforma y un cuerpo de molde a utilizar en el moldeo por insuflación de botellas de material plástico, caracterizada porque comprende una serie de nervaduras internas de refuerzo, estando la preforma formada de material plástico e incluyendo una parte inferior tubular que termina en un extremo cerrado; extendiéndose las nervaduras longitudinalmente y formando parte integrante de la superficie de la parte inferior tubular. 2. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las nervaduras están dirigidas hacia el extremo cerrado y terminan en el mismo. 3. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el extremo cerrado es generalmente semiesférico y porque las nervaduras están dirigidas hacia el extremo cerrado y terminan en el mismo, en una transición natural debida a la curvatura del extremo cerrado. 4. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el extremo, cerrado y sólo una parte previamente escogida de la parte inferior tubular definen el medio para la conformación de una sección de fondo de la botella, y porque las nervaduras terminan opuestas al extremo cerrado de la parte previamente escogida. 5. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque cada una de las nervaduras tiene una sección transversal parcialmente semicircular y tiene los extremos remotos redondeados en el sentido, tanto longitudinal como transversal. 6. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el extremo cerrado es, por lo general, semiesférico y porque las nervaduras están, sustancialmente en su totalidad, dentro de los confines del extremo cerrado. 7. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las nervaduras son de espesor reducido en su línea de unión con el resto de la preforma. 8. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las nervaduras tienen secciones extremas inferiores generalmente dirigidas radialmente hacia adentro, adyacente a su unión con el extremo cerrado. 9. Unidad de moldeo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el molde comprende una serie de nervaduras internas que están dirigidas longitudinalmente; una sección de núcleo moldeado que tiene una parte inferior que termina en una sección extrema, y una serie de nervaduras internas que están dirigidas longitudinalmente; una sección de núcleo moldeado que tiene una parte inferior que termina en un sección extrema, y una serie de nervaduras dirigidas longitudinalmente que definen rebajes de extensión longitudinal limitada, formados en la parte inferior de la sección de núcleo, teniendo los rebajes extremos inferiores longitudinalmente abiertos. 10.
