Abstract

Un método para el pardeamiento de una superficie de un producto alimenticio cuando se calienta en un horno de microondas, el cual método comprende los pasos de: i) recubrimiento de la superficie con una composición que comprende un aceite comestible; ii) recubrimiento de la capa del paso i) con una segunda capa que comprende una base química comestible; y iii) calentamiento del producto alimenticio en un horno de microondas con el empleo de un susceptor durante un período de 10 tiempo suficiente para pardear la superficie de dicho producto alimenticio.
