Abstract

La presente invención describe una herramienta quirúrgica que comprende un estilete; una punta de herramienta quirúrgica en el extremo distal del estilete; y un mango en el extremo proximal del estilete que comprende medios de accionamiento de la punta de herramienta. El mango está constituido por una rótula que comprende una semiesfera base acoplada al estilete; una semiesfera central solidaria a la semiesfera base y ubicada en su centro; una abrazadera de agarre con superficie interior cilíndrica y concéntrica con la semiesfera base; una semiesfera de rotación solidaria a la abrazadera de agarre y ubicada en su centro, conformando junto con la semiesfera central una unión rotular; y unos medios de bloqueo. Los medios de bloqueo permiten adoptar una posición de bloqueo o desbloqueo, en la que respectivamente se impide o se permite el movimiento relativo entre la abrazadera de agarre y la semiesfera base.
