Abstract

Una máquina (1) para embalar un azulejo o una pila de azulejos (5) con uno o más recortes de cartón (3), comprende: un primer almacenaje (2) que contiene recortes de cartón (3); una estación de doblado (4) para doblar un recorte de cartón (3) contra un azulejo o una pila de azulejos (5); medios de transferencia (6) para transferir un recorte de cartón (3) desde el primer almacenaje (2) a la estación de doblado (4) a lo largo de una trayectoria; un cabezal de impresión (7) dispuesto a lo largo de la trayectoria y activado en relación de fase con los medios de 1transferencia (6) tal como para imprimir en el recorte de cartón (3) cuando el recorte de cartón (3) se posiciona a lo largo de la trayectoria entre el primer almacenaje (2) y la estación de doblado (4); caracterizada por que el primer almacenaje (2) proporciona en una salida del mismo un recorte de cartón (3) que está aplanado y se orienta de tal forma que el lado mayor se desarrolla sustancialmente horizontalmente y el lado más pequeño se inclina en un ángulo con respecto a un plano vertical; en la que el cabezal de impresión (7) se dispone debajo del primer almacenaje (2) y por encima de la estación de doblado (4); que comprende: un cuerpo (8); una boca de aspiración (9); un miembro de recogida (10) que soporta la boca de aspiración (9) y que se articula al cuerpo (8) tal como para recoger el recorte de cartón (3) de la salida del primer almacenaje (2), tal como para rotar el mismo hasta que asuma una primera posición vertical (A) y liberar al mismo; en la que los medios de transferencia (6) comprenden medios de agarre (6) que se pueden mover verticalmente tal como para recoger el recorte de cartón (3) del miembro de recogida (10), para bajar el recorte de cartón (3) a una segunda posición vertical (B) de modo que el recorte (3) puede imprimirse mediante el cabezal de impresión (7) y para adicionalmente bajar el recorte de cartón (3), una vez impreso, a una tercera posición vertical (C) que está en la estación de doblado (4), para doblarse contra un azulejo o una pila de azulejos (5); en la que los medios de agarre (6) comprenden: unas primeras tenazas (20), una primera superficie horizontal de tope (21), un primer soporte de tenazas (22) que soporta las primeras tenazas (20) y la primera superficie horizontal de tope (21), estando la primera superficie horizontal de tope (21) dispuesta con respecto a las primeras tenazas (20) de tal manera que cuando las mordazas (26) de las primeras tenazas (20) están abiertas el recorte de cartón (3) puede disponerse de tal manera que el borde inferior (27) del mismo se interpone entre las mordazas (26) de las primeras tenazas (20) y puede hacer tope con la primera superficie horizontal de tope (21); unas segundas tenazas (20), una segunda superficie horizontal de tope (21), un segundo soporte de tenazas (22) que soporta las segundas tenazas (20) y la segunda superficie horizontal de tope (21), estando la segunda superficie horizontal de tope (21) dispuesta con respecto a las segundas tenazas (20) de tal manera que cuando las mordazas (26) de las segundas tenazas (20) están abiertas el recorte de cartón (3) puede disponerse de tal manera que el borde inferior (27) del mismo se interpone entre las mordazas (26) de las segundas tenazas (20) y puede hacer tope con la segunda superficie horizontal de tope (21); wherein the gripping means (6) comprise: first pincers (20), a first horizontal stop surface (21), a first pincer support (22) supporting the first pincers (20) and the first horizontal surface stop (21), the first horizontal stop surface (21) being arranged with respect to the first tongs (20) such that when the jaws (26) of the first tongs (20) are open the cardboard cutout ( 3) it can be arranged in such a way that the lower edge (27) thereof interposes between the jaws (26) of the first pliers (20) and can be abutted with the first horizontal stop surface (21);
