Abstract
Sistema de molturación y micronización de plásticos con sistema criogénico de nitrógeno. El sistema comprende: un dispositivo de almacenamiento y alimentación del material plástico; un depósito de enfriamiento que comprende: - un eje (32) vertical motorizado, portador de al menos una espiral principal (33, 34) que define espacios huecos entre el material a enfriar; - un tubo (4) de suministro de nitrógeno conectado a una tubería de alimentación (42) provista de una electroválvula (44); disponiendo dicho tubo (4) de una pluralidad de orificios de salida (41) a través de los cuales realiza una distribución homogénea de nitrógeno vaporizado por todos los rincones del depósito, - una sonda de temperatura (38) que mide la temperatura del material enfriado a suministrar por el depósito (3). El sistema comprende un cuadro electrónico (5) ajusta la temperatura de enfriamiento del material a un valor deseado, actuando sobre la electroválvula (44) en función de la lecturas de la sonda de temperatura (38).
