Método para la preparación de un compuesto correspondiente a la fórmula: en la que X es un miembro escogido del grupo consistente en cloro, bromo y trifluorometilo y R es un radical alquilo inferior que contiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, inclusive, cuyo método comprende el calentamiento a la temperatura de ebullición y bajo reflujo de una solución acuosa de cantidades equimoleculares de ácido glioxílico y un compuesto correspondiente a la fórmula: en la que X y R son como anteriormente se definen.
