Abstract

1.Un pañal desechable que comprende: una capa de recubrimiento permeable a la humedad; un panel absorbente sobre una de las caras de dicha capa de recubrimiento, siendo el tamaño de dicho panel absorbente menor que el de la capa de recubrimiento, de manera que sobresalen unas porciones marginales de la capa de recubrimiento fuera de los bordes laterales de dicho panel absorbente; una capa de soporte impermeable a la humedad junto a la cara del panel absorbente opuesta a la cara de recubrimiento, siendo el tamaño de la capa de soporte mayor que el del panel absorbente, de manera que sobresalen unas porciones marginales de la capa de soporte fuera de los bordes laterales del panel absorbente citado; medios de unión de las capas de recubrimiento y soporte entre sí; y medios fruncidores dispuestos en dichas porciones marginales laterales, incluyendo cada uno de dichos medios fruncidores una multiplicidad de elementos elásticos interconectados que definen aperturas entre ellos. 2.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 1, donde dichos medios fruncidores están dispuestos entre la capa de recubrimiento y la capa de soporte citadas. 3.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 2, donde las capas de recubrimiento y soporte están unidas una a otra, a través de por lo menos algunas de dichas aperturas. 4.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 3, donde los medios que unen entre sí las capas, de recubrimiento y soporte no se extienden fuera de los medios fruncidores. 5.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 1, donde cada uno de dichos medios fruncidores unas piezas eficazmente elásticas, que se extienden longitudinalmente, en cada una de dichas porciones marginales laterales, estando constituida cada pieza elástica por una multiplicidad de elementos elásticos que se extienden longitudinalmente, interconectados en puntos longitudinales separados para formar así una red elástica, donde dichos medios fruncidores aumentan la adaptabilidad alrededor de las piernas del usuario sin indebida aplicación de presión sobre la piel del mismo. 6.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 5, donde los medios fruncidores están dispuestos entre la capa de recubrimiento y la capa de soporte citada. 7.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 6, donde la capa de recubrimiento y la capa de soporte están fijadas una a otra entre los elementos elásticos que se extienden longitudinalmente de dichos medios fruncidores. 8.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 7, donde los medios que unen entre sí las capas de recubrimiento y soporte no se extienden fuera de los medios fruncidores. 9.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 1 a 8, que comprende además: una capa externa en forma de soporte impermeable a la humedad; un panel absorbente superpuesto a dicho soporte, siendo el tamaño de dicho panel menor que el del soporte y estando situado hacia dentro a partir de los extremos y lados de este último; una segunda capa externa en forma de recubrimiento permeable a la humedad, super puesto al citado panel, siendo el tamaño de dicho recubrimiento mayor que el del panel y disponiendo de porciones marginales fijadas al soporte citado: medios fruncidores en cada orillo lateral del pañal; estando definidos estos medios fruncidores por una multiplicidad de elementos fruncidores interconectados que definen aperturas entre ellos, contrayendo cada orillo lateral del pañal para mejorar el ajuste de la prenda al usuario. 10.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 9, donde los medios fruncidores están dispuestos entre la capa de recubrimiento y la capa de soporte citadas. 11.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 10, donde las capas de recubrimiento y soporte están unidas una a otra a través de por lo menos algunas de dichas aperturas. 12.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 9, que comprende medios fruncidores adicionales, dispuestos por lo menos en uno de los extremos del pañal. 13.Un pañal desechable según la reivindicación 12, donde los medios fruncidores adicionales comprende una multiplicidad de elementos fruncidores interconectados que definen aperturas entre ellos. 14.Un pañal desechable.
