Abstract

1. Mecanismo de manivela para pequeñas máquinas alternativas monocilíndricas, del tipo en las que el árbol de manivela presenta un botón de manivela en voladizo con el que está acoplado el ojo de una cabeza de biela, el ojo de cuyo pie está acoplado con un pasador solidario de un pistón y en el que es desplazable el ojo del pie en la dirección axial del pasador y es mantenido centrado con respecto al pistón por medios elásticos, caracterizado por el hecho de que el ojo (50) de la cabeza de biela está definido por un casquillo (48) acoplado giratoriamente con el botón de manivela (20) y provisto de un par de pernos (52) diametralmente opuestos, y por el hecho de que el extremo de la biela correspondiente a la cabeza está configurado en horquilla (42), cuyas ramas (44) se articulan respectivamente a las personas (52) sobre un eje de articulación (Y-Y) perpendicular al eje (Z1-Z1) del botón de manivela (20) y el eje longitudinal de la biela (28). 2. Mecanismo de manivela, de conformidad con lareivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que las ramas (44) de la horquilla (42) presentan sendos asientos (46) de superficie cilíndrica abiertos en dirección opuesta con relación al pistón (32) y en los que van aplicados los respectivos pernos (52) de articulación del casquillo (48), y por el hecho de que los pernos (52) están retenidos en empeño con los asientos (46) por mediación de una brida elástica (56) que los mantiene en posición opuesta a la de los asientos y está retenida sobre la biela (28). 3. Mecanismo de manivela, de conformidad con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado pro el hecho de que la brida elástica (6) está constituida por un elemento de alambre metálico conformado sustancialmente en U, cuyo yugo (60) está empeñado en una muesca (58) practicada en la caña (30) d ela biela (28) adyacente a la horquilla (42), y las ramas (62) de dicho elemento están curvadas en sus extremos (64) de manera que abrazan con acoplamiento a presión a los pernos (52), reteniéndolos en los respectivos asientos (46). 4.
