Abstract
Dispositivo para el tratamiento interior de tubos, en particular de tubos de medio refrigerante de condensadores de vapor e intercambiadores térmicos, con una unidad de abastecimiento (V) para el suministro y transmisión del material de tratamiento, una unidad de aplicación (A) para la aplicación del material de tratamiento suministrado por la unidad de abastecimiento, así como una unidad de mando para la monitorización y el control del abastecimiento con material de tratamiento y la aplicación del material de tratamiento sobre las paredes interiores de tubo, en el que la unidad de aplicación (A) presenta una manguera de guía (21) con una manguera de aplicación (18) guiada dentro de la manguera de guía (21) y que puede introducirse en el tubo que va a tratarse y termina en una tobera, caracterizado porque la manguera de aplicación (18) puede enrollarse en una sola capa sobre un tambor accionado (17) y asegurarse sobre el tambor (17) mediante correas tensoras, hacerse avanzar o retroceder mediante rodillos guía (27) dispuestos sobre un carro de desplazamiento (55), los rodillos guía (27) presentan un accionamiento (19) que está sincronizado con el accionamiento (19) del tambor (17) y el carro de desplazamiento (55) puede desplazarse en paralelo al eje del tambor dependiendo del estado de extensión de la manguera de aplicación (18).
