Abstract

Válvula de conducto (100) para un conducto de fluido (103) con: una carcasa (105, 109) para conformar una cámara de fluido (111) que comprende una chapaleta de la válvula (107) dispuesta en la cámara de fluido para el bloqueo de una dirección de flujo, un primer racor de conexión (135) y un segundo racor de conexión (139) para insertar un conducto de fluido (103); y un segmento de desplazamiento (113) para desplazar la chapaleta de la válvula (107) en la dirección de flujo en el interior de la cámara de fluido (111), el cual prolonga el primer racor de conexión (135) hacia el interior y que con la carcasa (109) conforma un depósito de fluido (117) alrededor del segmento de desplazamiento (113), comprendiendo la carcasa (105, 109) una primera parte de carcasa (105) con el segmento de desplazamiento (113) y una segunda parte de carcasa (109) para rodear la chapaleta de la válvula (107), siendo el primer racor de conexión (135) parte de la primera parte de carcasa (105), y el segundo racor de conexión (139) parte de la segunda parte de carcasa (109).

En contraste con el primer ejemplo de fabricación, está insertado un conjunto completo de chapaleta de la válvula 207 en el segmento de desplazamiento 213. El conjunto de chapaleta de la válvula 207 comprende una chapaleta de la válvula giratoria y una pieza moldeada de soporte anular alrededor de la chapaleta de la válvula para insertar en el segmento de desplazamiento 213.
La figura 9 muestra una vista en sección transversal en despiece de la válvula de conducto 200. El segmento de desplazamiento 213 comprende un segmento de encastre 215 perimetral, sobre el que la pieza moldeada de soporte anular 207-1 se puede conectar con la chapaleta de la válvula 207-2 montada de forma giratoria. La chapaleta de la válvula 207-2 también se somete a una tensión del muelle, de modo que el conjunto de chapaleta de la válvula sin carga 207 se encuentra en un estado cerrado. Por lo tanto, se puede lograr un montaje modular de la válvula de conducto 200.
La figura 10 muestra otras vistas en sección transversal de la válvula de conducto 200 en el estado montado. La pieza moldeada de soporte 207-1 del conjunto de chapaleta 207 está encastrada en el segmento de encastre 215 del segmento de desplazamiento 213. El elemento de sellado circunferencial 221 para sellar la chapaleta de la válvula 207-2 está dispuesto entre el segmento de encastre 215 y la pieza moldeada de soporte 207-1 y presenta un segmento de muelle perimetral que está insertado en un correspondiente segmento ranurado en el segmento de desplazamiento 113.
