Abstract

Anchor group for wall cabinets with regulation from the top

The present invention relates to an adjustable anchor group for wall mounting of wall cabinets with regulation from the top.

The term "anchor group" refers here to the combination of a plate (support) that can be fixed to the wall by means of screws and / or pins, and an anchoring device (called a support or suspension bracket) which comprises a hook that can be attached to the closet.

These groups of anchors are typically adjustable, in the sense that the suspension support can be moved with respect to the support plate to allow height adjustment (vertical) and depth adjustment (horizontal), in order to position correctly the closet on the wall, also with respect to other pieces of adjacent furniture.

It should be noted that wall cabinets are normally equipped with a rear wall, called a "siding", which is typically produced by means of a panel made of plywood or fine wood.

The lining has a purely aesthetic function to close the back of the cabinet and cannot have any structural function: its thickness is in fact too thin to be able to hang the cabinet by fixing the suspension support only to it.

The hanging bracket of the anchoring group must therefore be fixed mainly to the structural parts of the cabinet, such as, for example, the lateral projections, which, on the other hand, have a supporting function, with a thickness and strength suitable for this purpose

Different types of anchor groups are generally known, all of them with double regulation, in height and depth.

These anchor groups generally have relatively complex structures or a non-intuitive drive, with the result that height and depth adjustment can be very uncomfortable.

In addition, in these groups, there are commonly holes in the lining, through which a tool is passed, acting on the screws to carry out the above regulations horizontally and vertically.

The perforation of the lining, however, may not be desirable, since the wall cabinet may, for example, have a certain value and visible holes left in the lining will ruin it.

This may be the case with cabinets without closing doors or that have partially transparent doors (for example, made of glass, as in the case of glass cabinets or the like), in which the holes in the siding are visible. In accordance with EP 555924 A1, an adjustable anchor group has been described which comprises all the features of the preamble of claim 1 independent of the present invention.

The objective of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks described above.

The present invention also proposes an alternative to known groups and those already existing in the market.

These and other objectives are achieved by an anchor group produced in accordance with the attached claim 1.

Other advantageous features are the subject of the attached dependent claim, which should be considered as forming an integral part of the present description.

The group, object of the present invention, advantageously comprises a wall cabinet equipped with at least one flange intended to be fixed to the cabinet and a first cursor that can be moved linearly with respect to the flange to regulate the vertical position of the cabinet; said first cursor also comprises means for adjusting the position of the hook of the suspension support (anchoring device), to allow a horizontal adjustment.

The movements of the first cursor and the horizontal regulation means of the cabinet are advantageously obtained by means of adjustment screws with an axis parallel to each other and parallel to the lining of the wall cabinet (in a state mounted on a wall), so that the The latter's position can be regulated, both vertically and horizontally, by operating from the top, without any holes in the lining.

With reference to all the attached figures, the examples of group 100C, each comprise a suspension support device 1C that can be fixed to the wall cabinet P and are suitable to be applied on a plate 101C that can be fixed to a wall M by means of screws and / or pins.

The wall cabinet P can comprise, for example, projections S, an upper part C and a back cover FO.

Each suspension support 1C, in turn comprises an anchor flange 2C, to the cabinet P and a hook means 12C which is applied with the wall plate 101C.

Each suspension support 1C also comprises a slide 5C that slides linearly with respect to the flange 2C in a first direction F, while the hook 12C is associated at least partially with the slide 5C and can be moved relative to the latter in the minus a second address F1 substantially perpendicular to the first address.

In this way, a regulation of the wall cabinet P is obtained in two directions F, F1 perpendicular to each other, specifically in vertical (height) and horizontal (depth).

Generally speaking, each flange 2C of the different examples described in detail below, comprise fixing elements 3C for fixing to the wall cabinet P.

According to the invention, the fixing elements 3C extend from a lateral edge of the flange 2C and are substantially parallel to the extension of the latter in plan, so that it is applied with one of the projections S (ie the walls sides) of the wall cabinet P.

Preferably, the fixing elements 3C are in the form of fixing pins and there may be one, two or three of them, even if there are three of them in the examples shown.

Each flange 2C also comprises sliding rails 8C cooperating with the relative slides 5C comprising sliding glues 11C intended to cooperate with the respective rails 8C to guide the sliding of the slide 5C in the first direction, preferably in a vertical direction in a assembled state, this direction being substantially perpendicular to the axis of the fixing pins 3C.

Again speaking in general, the different examples of the device 1C comprise adjustment means for controlling the sliding of the respective slide 5C with respect to the flange 2C and these means comprise: a threaded seat 9C located on said slide 5C, a flange bent in opposite direction 6C of a piece with the flange 2C and extending perpendicularly to the rails 8C and a regulation screw 10C accessible from the top, which cooperates with the flange bent in the opposite direction 6C and with the threaded seat 9C to make the sliding of said slide 5C in the first direction.

In all the examples described, each suspension support device 1C comprises drive means for controlling the movement of the hook means 12C in the second direction; these drive means generally comprise a drive screw 13C accessible from the top, at least partially housed in the slide 5C and positioned parallel to the regulating screw 10C.

In this way, the horizontal and vertical movement of the wall cabinet P can be advantageously regulated by acting only on one side, and without having to produce additional visible holes in the FO covering of the same wall cabinet, overcoming the drawbacks described above.

The actuation of the hook means in the second direction F1 is obtained thanks to inclined planes with respect to said first direction F by sliding and cooperating with each other.

In summary, it comprises a flange 2C provided with fixing elements 3C that extend in the same plane as the flange for fixing to the cabinet P, as shown in the assembled configuration of fig. 5.

The flange 2C comprises a counter-bent flange 6C and a window 7C whose opposite lateral edges 8C form the sliding rails of the slide 5C, which can be moved linearly along said rails 8C thanks to the glues 11C located in the sides of the slide 5C.

The slide 5C also comprises a threaded seat 9C for the means for adjusting the position of the slide 5C which in this example comprises the screw 10C.

The axis of the threaded seat 9C is perpendicular to the flange bent in the opposite direction 6C and parallel to the rails 8C and the glides 11C, to allow the linear movement of the slide 5C with respect to the flange 2C by driving the screw 10C analogously to what has been described before.

The screw 10C, in fact, cooperates with the threaded seat 9C and with the flange bent in the opposite direction 6C to cause the movement of the slide 5C with respect to the flange 2C: when in an assembled position, in fact, the weight of the cabinet P ensures that the head of the screw 10C remains stored against the counter-bent flange 6C and therefore by screwing and unscrewing the screw 10C in the seat 9C, the position of the slide 5C is adjusted with respect to the flange 2C and therefore the vertical position of the wall cabinet P according to arrow F.

The wall hook on the device again comprises a hook 12C that can be moved with respect to the slide 5C through the hook actuation means, which are described below.

The hook 12C, analogously to what has been described above, cooperates with a support 101C, which, in this example, is a section fixed to the wall M with pins, screws or similar elements, as shown in fig. . Four.

The drive means, according to the invention, comprise inclined planes 19C whereby the hook 12C is moved with respect to the slide 5C; in this case, the movement of the hook 12C does not only develop in a direction F1 perpendicular to the movement of the slide, but also in a direction parallel to the latter.

The actuation means in fact comprise inclined planes that cause the movement of the hook 12C in an inclined direction with respect to the movement of the slide 5C.

These drive means comprise, according to the invention, a drive screw 13C located parallel to the adjustment screw 10C and cooperating with a stop 16C of a piece with the slide 5C and with a threaded seat 20C located in a housed frame 17C Integrally in the slide 5C, which can be moved vertically with respect to the flange 2C.

The actuating means also comprise inclined glues 18C positioned on said frame 17C and cooperating with said inclined planes 19C of a piece with the hook 12C.

The drive screw 13C is stationary with respect to the slide 5C due to the stop 16C on which its head is stored, and its rotation drive causes a movement of the hook 12C with respect to the frame 17C.

This movement causes a sliding of the inclined planes 19C (considered in the hook 12C) with respect to the inclined seats 18C (of a piece with the frame 17C) with a consequent movement of the hook 12C itself in an inclined direction with respect to the axis of the 13C drive screw.

The movement of the hook 12C therefore takes place according to two components: a vertical F, parallel to the direction of movement of the slide 5C and without influence on the horizontal regulation of the cabinet P, and a horizontal F1, perpendicular to the direction of movement of the slide 5C, which, on the contrary, as described above, causes a movement of the cabinet in a vertical direction, thus allowing! the regulation according to the two axes, with the same advantages described before.

In the solution presented here, other optional features are present, such as, for example, holes for the passage of tools intended for driving the screws 10C, and 13C or similar elements.

Other variants or equivalent modifications are also possible, all of which are considered included in the framework of the present invention.
