Abstract

Adjustable anchor group (100D) for wall mounting (M) of wall cabinets (P) comprising a hanging hardware device (1D) equipped with at least one anchor flange (2D) to a wall cabinet ( P) with projections (S), an upper part (C) and lining (FO), and a hook (12D), said group also comprising an anchor support (101D) to a wall (M), wherein said device of hanging hardware (1D) comprises a sliding element (5D) that slides linearly with respect to said flange (2D) in a first direction, said hook (12D) being associated at least partially with said sliding element (5D) and being able to move with respect to the latter in at least a second direction substantially perpendicular with respect to said first direction, said flange (2D) comprising fixing elements (3D) for fixing to a cabinet (P) and sliding rails (8D) , and wherein said sliding element (5D) comp renders sliding guides (11D), said rails (8D) and said guides (11D) being suitable to act together to guide the sliding of said sliding element (5D) in at least said first direction, said first direction being substantially perpendicular to the axis of said fixing elements (3D) in which said fixing elements extend from a lateral edge of the flange (2D) and are arranged substantially parallel to each other in the same plane of the latter, regulating means and activation, both accessible from above, with respect to a mounted position of the anchoring group, being associated with said sliding element and said hook, respectively, said regulating means being accessible from above (6D, 9D, 10D) suitable for controlling the sliding of said sliding element (5D) with respect to said flange (2D), said regulation means comprising: a threaded seat or (9D) located in said sliding element (5D), a backstop (6D) integral with said flange (2D) extending perpendicularly to said rails (8D) and a regulating screw (10D) that acts together with said backstop (6D) and with said threaded seat (9D) to effect sliding of said sliding element (5D) in said first direction, said activation means (13D, 101D, 15D, 16D) being accessible from above, suitable for controlling said movement of said hook (15D) in said second direction and comprising an activation screw (13D), housed at least partially in said sliding element (5D), said activation screw (13D) being located parallel to said regulating screw ( 10D), said inclined plane activation means (15D, 16D) comprising with respect to said first sliding direction and acting together to cause movement of said hook in the minus said second address.

Anchoring group for wall cabinets with regulation from above

The present invention relates to an anchor group for wall mounting of wall cabinets with regulation from above.

The term "anchor group" refers herein to the combination of a plate (support) that can be fixed to the wall by means of screws and / or pins, and an anchoring device (called hanging hardware) comprising a hook that can be attached to the closet.

These anchor groups are normally adjustable, in the sense that the hanging hardware can move with respect to the support plate to allow height adjustment (vertical) and depth adjustment (horizontal), in order to position correctly the closet on the wall, also with respect to other adjacent pieces of furniture.

It should be noted that the wall cabinets are normally equipped with a rear wall, called "cladding", which is normally produced by means of a panel made of plywood or fine wood.

The lining has a purely aesthetic function to close the back of the cabinet and can not have any structural function: in fact, its thickness is too thin to hang the cabinet by fixing the hardware to hang it alone.

Therefore, the hardware to hang from the anchoring group must be fixed mainly to the structural parts of the cabinet, such as, for example, the lateral projections that, on the other hand, have a supporting function, with a thickness and a resistance suitable for the purpose.

Generally, various types of anchor groups are known, all of which have double regulation, in height and depth, see, for example, EP0555924A.

These anchor groups generally have relatively complex structures or a non-intuitive activation mode, with the result that height and depth regulation can be very uncomfortable.

In addition, in these groups, there are often holes in the lining, through which a tool is passed, acting on the screws to carry out the previous horizontal and vertical regulations.

However, perforation of the lining may not be desired, since the wall cabinet can have, for example, a certain value and leave visible holes in the lining spoil it.

This can be the case of cabinets without closing doors or that have partially transparent doors (for example, made of glass, as in the case of glass showcases or the like), in which the holes in the cladding are visible.

The objective of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks discussed above.

The present invention also proposes an alternative to known groups and those already in the market.

These and other objectives are achieved by an anchor group produced according to the attached claim 1.

Additional advantageous features are the subject of the attached dependent claims, which should be considered to be an integral part of the present description.

The group, object of the present invention, comprises a hanging hardware device equipped with at least one flange intended to be fixed to the cabinet and a first cursor that can move linearly with respect to the flange to regulate the vertical position of the cabinet; said first cursor also comprises means for adjusting the position of the hook of the hanging hardware (anchoring device), to allow horizontal regulation.

The movements of the first cursor and the horizontal regulation means of the cabinet are obtained by means of adjustment screws with a parallel axis between sf and parallel to the wall cabinet lining (in a wall-mounted state), so that it can be regulated the position of the latter, in both vertical and horizontal direction, acting from above, without any holes in the cladding.

In the description that follows, four different embodiments, indicated with the reference numbers (100A, 100B, 100C, 100D), of an adjustable anchor group (Figures 1-20) will be discussed.

The 100D embodiment of Figures 16-20 forms part of the present invention.

A fifth embodiment of the non-forming group of the invention is illustrated in Figures 21-24 and indicated in conjunction with 200.

As will be apparent later, the features of said fifth embodiment (Figures 21-24) can also be applied to the other four embodiments (Figures 1-20).

With reference to all the attached figures 1-20, the examples of the group 100A, 100B, 100C, 100D each comprise a hanging hardware 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D that can be attached to the wall cabinet P and are suitable for hooked on a plate 101A, 101B, 101C, 101D that can be fixed to a wall M by means of screws and / or

The wall cabinet P can comprise, for example, projections S, an upper part C and a back cover FO.

Each fitting for hanging 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D in turn comprises an anchor flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D to the cabinet P and hook fastening means 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D that are hooked with the plate wall 101A, 101B, 101C, 101D.

Each hanging hardware 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D also comprises a sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D that slides linearly with respect to the flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D in a first direction F, while the hook 12A , 12B, 12C, 12D is associated at least partially with the sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and can move with respect to the latter in at least a second direction F1 substantially perpendicular with respect to the first direction.

In this way, a regulation of the wall cabinet P in two directions F, F1 perpendicular to each other is obtained, specifically in vertical (height) and horizontal (depth).

Typically, each flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D of the various examples described in detail hereinbelow comprises fixing elements 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D for fixing to the wall cabinet P.

More specifically, the fixing elements 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D extend from a lateral edge of the flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and are substantially parallel to the extension of the latter in plane, to engage with one of the projections S (that is, the side walls) of the wall cabinet P.

Preferably, the fixing elements 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D are in the form of fixing pins and can be one, two or three of them, although in the examples shown there are three of them.

Each flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D also comprises sliding rails 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D that act in conjunction with the relative sliding elements 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D comprising sliding grains 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D intended to act in conjunction with the respective rails 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D to guide the sliding of the sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D in the first direction, preferably in a vertical direction in an assembled state, this direction being substantially perpendicular to the axis of fixing pins 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D.

Again, in general, the various examples of the device 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D comprise adjustment means for controlling the sliding of the respective sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5d with respect to the flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and these means preferably comprise: a threaded seat 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D located in said sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, a backstop 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D integral with the flange 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and extending perpendicularly to rails 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D and a regulating screw 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, accessible from above, which acts in conjunction with the 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D backstop and with the threaded seat 9A , 9B, 9C, 9D to carry out the sliding of said sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D in the first direction.

In all the aforementioned examples, each hanging hardware device 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D comprises activation means for controlling the movement of the hook fastening means 12A, 12B, 12C, 15D in the second direction; these activation means generally comprise an activation screw 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, accessible from above, at least partially housed in the sliding element 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and located parallel to the adjustment screw 10A, 10B, 10C , 10D.

In this way, the horizontal and vertical movement of the wall cabinet P can be advantageously regulated by activation on only one side, and without having to produce additional visible holes in the FO lining of the same wall cabinet, overcoming the drawbacks mentioned above.

As can be seen, the first two embodiments have the feature in common that the hook is a hook 12A, 12B, which can move linearly only along the second direction, due to an activation of the activation screw 13A, 13B.

More specifically with respect to the examples of the figures, the first example of this type of embodiment is provided in the attached figures 1 to 5; these show a first embodiment of the group 100A equipped with an adjustable anchor hanger 1A for mounting a wall cabinet P on a wall M, preferably a projection of the cabinet.

The hanging hardware 1A comprises a flange 2A equipped with fasteners 3A intended to engage with the cabinet P, as shown in the assembled configuration of Figure 5.

The flange 2A comprises a contrasolapa 6A and a window 7A whose opposite lateral edges 8A form the sliding rails of the sliding element 5A, which can move linearly along said rails 8A thanks to the ranges 11A located on the sides of the element of 5A slip.

The sliding element 5A also comprises a threaded seat 9A for the means for adjusting the position of the same sliding element 5A, which in this example comprises the screw 10A.

The axis of the threaded seat 9A is perpendicular to the backstop 6A, and parallel to the rails 8A and the ranges 11A for the reasons discussed hereinafter.

The screw 10A, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, acts together with the threaded seat 9A and with the backstop 6A to cause the movement of the sliding element 5A with respect to the flange 2A: when in an assembled state, of In fact, the weight of the cabinet P guarantees that the head of the screw 10A remains cushioned against the backstop 6A; by screwing or unscrewing the screw 10A in the seat 9A, the position of the sliding element 5A is therefore regulated with respect to the flange 2A and therefore the vertical position of the wall cabinet P.

More specifically, the sliding element 5A of Figures 1 and 2 also comprises, in addition to the threaded seat 9A described above, means for activating the hook acting together with the support 101A.

In this example, said hook is the hook 12A that acts together with the support 101A which in this example is a simple section fixed to the wall M with pins, screws or other similar objects.

The activation means in this example comprise a screw 13A similar to an endless screw housed in the sliding element 5A and rotatably held in place by means of a pin 16A.

Said pin 16A is inserted, in a mounted state, in the sliding element 5A and in the neck 17A of the screw 13A.

The screw 13A acts together with a sprocket 14A, also housed in the sliding element 5A and rotatably held in place by the pin 15A.

The pin 15A is inserted, for this purpose, into the sliding element 5A and is engaged in the neck 18A of the gearwheel 14A.

The hook 12A is equipped with a partially threaded body 19A that acts in conjunction with a threaded seat within the cogwheel 14A.

The body 19A has two opposing smooth planes (or levelings) 20A that slide into complementary guide seats 21A of the hole 22A of the sliding element 5A.

In this way, the body 19A can move horizontally in an extraction / insertion direction F1 from the sprocket 14A following the rotation of the latter when activated by the endless screw 13A.

As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the axes of the endless screw 13A and the screw 10A are parallel to each other, so that access can be obtained by means of keys or screwdrivers for cabinet regulation P acting on the same part ( from above) with the result of improving access to regulations and allowing simplified regulations and assembly, without the need to have front through holes in the lining of the wall cabinet P.

In the example shown, the holes in the cabinet are located, on the other hand, in the upper part of the latter (otherwise called "top" of the cabinet) which, however, is normally mounted at a height greater than people's eyes and, consequently, said holes are located in a non-visible, hidden position, even when the cabinet P has no doors or is made of glass or is a glass showcase, with at least partially transparent doors.

In Figures 6 to 10, a second example of group 100B is shown.

Analogously to the first example described above, it comprises a hanging hardware 1B provided with at least one flange 2b equipped with protruding fixing elements 3B.

The latter, 3B, are fixing pins that can be seen in Figure 10 to be fixed to the wall cabinet P, analogously to the group 100A described above.

In a manner analogous to that described above, the flange 2B comprises a backstop 6B and a window 7B whose opposite side edges 8B form the sliding rails of the sliding element 5B, which can move linearly (along said rails 8B) thanks to the ranges 11B located on the sides of the sliding element 5B.

The sliding element 5B comprises a threaded seat 9B for the means for adjusting the position of the sliding element 5B which, again in this example, comprises a thyme 10B, the axis of the threaded seat 9B being perpendicular to the backstop 6B and parallel to lanes 8B and gmas 11B.

Vertical regulation is carried out by the movement of the sliding element, analogously to that described above. In summary, the screw 10B acts together with the threaded seat 9B and with the back cover 6B to cause the movement of the sliding element 5B with respect to the flange 2B; a unscrewing or screwing of the screw 10B causes a movement of the sliding element 5B with respect to the flange 2B and therefore, ultimately, a vertical movement of the cabinet P when the device 1B is in an assembled state, as shown in the Figure 9, in which it is coupled with plate 101B.

With respect to the example in Figures 1-5, in this case, what differs are the means of activating the hook to the wall M.

The hanging hardware 1B of the group 100B comprises the hook 12B which acts together with the plate 101B fixed to the wall with spikes or similar objects; In this case, the plate 101B is again a simple section of the known type.

The hook 12B can move with respect to the flange 2B in a perpendicular direction with respect to the movement of the sliding element 5B, to obtain the desired horizontal and vertical regulations.

The hook 12B is coupled only with the sliding element 5B and the activation means in this case comprise an adjustable elbow mechanism.

The latter in turn comprises the levers 15B, two fasteners 14B and the relative pins.

The fasteners 14B have threaded holes 23B that act in conjunction with the activated activation screw 13B, like all the components of the activation means, in the sliding element 5B which, for this purpose, is provided with suitable seats.

The hook 12B is connected to the levers 15B, which are articulated therewith and paired with the fasteners 14B, whose threaded holes 23B are engaged with the activation screw 13B.

Thus, the rotation of the screw 13B allows the fasteners 14B to move closer or further away, tilting the levers 15B, causing a consequent horizontal movement according to F1 of the hook 12B.

Also, in this case, the threaded seat 9B and that of the activation screw 13B are arranged parallel to the sliding element 5B, with advantages analogous to those described above with reference to the first embodiment of the invention.

In Figures 11 to 15, a third example, analogous to the first two examples, of a hardware device for hanging 1C for a group 100C is shown.

The hanging hardware 1C is substantially analogous to those described above with reference to Figures 1-10, except for the hook activation means.

In summary, however, it comprises a flange 2C provided with fasteners 3C that extend in the same plane as the flange for fixing to the cabinet P, as shown in the assembled configuration of Figure 15.

Analogously to the other solutions, the flange 2C comprises a backstop 6C and a window 7C whose opposite side edges 8C form the sliding rails of the sliding element 5C, which can move linearly along said rails 8C thanks to the gmas 11C located on the sides of the sliding element 5C.

The sliding element 5C also comprises a threaded seat 9C for the means for adjusting the position of the sliding element 5C, which in this example comprises the screw 10C.

The axis of the threaded seat 9C is perpendicular to the backstop 6C and parallel to the rails 8C and the glands 11C, to allow the linear movement of the sliding element 5C with respect to the flange 2C by activating the screw 10C analogously to that described above.

The screw 10C, in fact, acts in conjunction with the threaded seat 9C and with the back cover 6C to cause the movement of the sliding element 5C with respect to the flange 2C: when in a mounted position, in fact, the weight of the cabinet P guarantees that the head of the screw 10C remains cushioned against the backstop 6C and, therefore, when screwing or unscrewing the screw 10C in the seat 9C, the position of the sliding element 5C is adjusted with respect to the flange 2C and, consequently, the position vertical of the wall cabinet P according to arrow F.

The wall hook fastener in the device again comprises a hook 12C that can move with

with respect to the sliding element 5C by means of the hook activation means, which is described hereinafter.

The hook 12C, analogously to that described above, acts together with a support 101C, which in this example is again a section fixed to the wall M with spikes, screws or similar objects, as shown in Figure 14 .

The activation means, in this third example, comprise inclined planes 19C by means of which the hook 12C is moved with respect to the sliding element 5C: in this case, unlike the previous examples, the movement of the hook 12C does not only develop in a direction F1 perpendicular to the movement of the sliding element, but also in a direction parallel to the latter.

In fact, the activation means comprise inclined planes that cause the movement of the hook 12C in an inclined direction with respect to the movement of the sliding element 5C.

These activation means comprise, in this example, an activation screw 13C located parallel to the regulating screw 10C and acting in conjunction with a stop element 16C integral with the sliding element 5C and with a threaded seat 20C located in a frame 17C housed in solidarity with the sliding element 5C, which can move vertically with respect to the flange 2C.

The activation means also comprise inclined grains 18C located in said frame 17C and acting together with said inclined planes 19C integral with the hook 12C.

The activation screw 13C is stationary with respect to the sliding element 5C due to the stopping element 16C in which its head is damped, and its activation in rotation causes a movement of the hook 12C with respect to the frame 17C.

This movement causes a sliding of the inclined planes 19C (provided on the hook 12C) with respect to the inclined seats 18C (integral with the frame 17C) with a consequent movement of the hook 12C itself in an inclined direction with respect to the axis of the screw of 13C activation.

Therefore, the movement of the hook 12C takes place according to two components: a vertical F, parallel to the direction of movement of the sliding element 5C and without influence on the horizontal regulation of the cabinet P, and a horizontal F1, perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sliding element 5C which, on the other hand, as described above, causes a movement of the cabinet in a vertical direction, thus allowing regulation according to the two axes, with the same advantages discussed above with reference to the previous examples.

In the attached figures 16 to 20, there is still another variant of the hardware for hanging 1D.

This 1D variant differs in several respects from the three previous variants and not only with those related to the activation means.

As regards the vertical regulation according to F, the 1D device is substantially analogous to those described above; in fact, it comprises a 2D flange provided with 3D fasteners designed to engage in appropriate openings of the cabinet P, as shown in the assembled configuration of Figure 20.

Analogously to the other solutions, the 2D flange comprises a backstop 6D and a housing 7D equipped on the sides with two sliding rails 8D of the sliding element 5D, which can move linearly along said rails 8D thanks to the grilles 11D located on its sides.

In a manner analogous to that described above, the sliding element 5D comprises a threaded seat 9D for the means for adjusting the position of the sliding element 5D which, in this example, again comprises a screw 10D.

The axis of the threaded seat 9D is perpendicular to the backstop 6D and parallel to the rails 8D and the grids 11D, to allow linear movement of the sliding element 5D with respect to the 2D flange by activating the screw 10D, analogously to that described above. .

The screw 10D, in fact, acts in conjunction with the threaded seat 9D and with the backstop 6D to cause the movement of the sliding element 5D with respect to the 2D flange: when in a mounted position, in fact, the weight of the cabinet P guarantees that the head of the screw 10D remains cushioned against the backstop 6D and, therefore, when screwing or unscrewing the screw 10D in the seat 9D, the position of the sliding element 5D is adjusted with respect to the 2D flange and, consequently, the position vertical of the wall cabinet P according to arrow F.

In this case, the fastening by wall hook is obtained by interference between a hook 13D with a conical tip 15D, and fastening parts by hook 12D of the sliding element 5D, with a base 101D, which

it can be fixed to the wall M by means of centering holes 19D and appropriate pins.

In this case, the activation means comprise the same thyme 13D whose conical tip 15D acts in conjunction with a seat having an inclined plane 16D located at the base 101D.

To this end, the screw 13D is screwed into a seat 18D of the sliding element 5D, and, in an assembled state, its smooth conical (or truncated conical) tip is in contact with the seat having an inclined plane 16D of the base 101D.

When the activation screw 13D is rotated (when screwed or unscrewed), its conical tip runs along the inclined plane 16D thus moving horizontally the 2D flange with respect to the base 101D and obtaining the horizontal regulation of the cabinet P according to F1.

Figures 21-24 illustrate a possible fifth embodiment of the anchor group (hanging hardware) that is not part of the invention, wherein said group is indicated in conjunction with reference number 200.

The group 200 can indifferently comprise any of the adjustment mechanisms (kinematic mechanisms) in vertical (height) and horizontal (depth) of hook fastening means 201, which serve to hook the same group 200 to a plate by hook 202 fixed to a wall M.

According to this fifth embodiment, which is not part of the invention, the group 200 is provided with vertical (203) and horizontal 204 adjusting screws (means), to which respective axial extension sleeves 205, 206 (or equivalent elements) are attached. .

Said sleeves 205, 206 have shaped seats 207, 208, at the free end, for engagement by means of a maneuvering tool 209.

As can be clearly seen in Figures 23 and 24, the length of said sleeves 205, 206 is such as to provide exact access to seats 207, 208, that is from the outside of the upper part C of the cabinet P. the passage of the sleeves 205, 206, the upper part C has through holes 210, 211. In this way, the adjustment of the hanging hardware can also be conveniently carried out in narrow spaces, with the inclined maneuvering tool, as shown in figures 23 and 24: that it is impossible with the hardware to hang from the first four embodiments, as can be clearly seen in figures 5, 10, 15 and 20.

In all the solutions presented so far, other optional features are present, such as, for example, holes for the passage of tools intended to activate the screws 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, and 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D or similar objects .

Additional variants or equivalent modifications are also possible, considered all included in the scope of the present invention.
