Abstract

Un husillo eléctrico (1) para máquinas de control numérico estructurado para bloquear y accionar en rotación una herramienta (100) alrededor de un eje de referencia predeterminado (A) que coincide localmente con el eje longitudinal de la herramienta (2); comprendiendo el husillo eléctrico (1) una carcasa estructural exterior (2) que se estructura para ser conectable rígidamente a una máquina de control numérico genérica, y un motor eléctrico (3) que se aloja dentro de la carcasa estructural (2) y está provisto de un árbol de accionamiento (4), que sobresale/emerge con su extremo delantero (4a) fuera de la carcasa estructural (2) mientras permanece localmente coaxial con el eje de referencia (A) del husillo eléctrico; estando caracterizado el husillo eléctrico (1) por comprender también: - un manguito o casquillo rotatorio de empuje-apoyo (11) que se encaja de una manera axialmente rotatoria sobre el extremo delantero (4a) del árbol de accionamiento (4) por medio de interposición de un primer conjunto de rodamientos anulares (12), y se mantiene coaxial con el eje de referencia (A) de husillo eléctrico mediante un segundo conjunto de rodamientos anulares (13) que se interponen entre el manguito o casquillo rotatorio (11) y la carcasa estructural (2); y - al menos un cabezal portaherramientas desmontable (5, 5') que se estructura para poderse fijar de una manera rígida y estable aunque fácilmente liberable a un extremo delantero (4a) del árbol de accionamiento (4), se estructura para acomodar y retener de una manera rígida y estable aunque fácilmente liberable el vástago (101) de una herramienta genérica (100) para máquinas de control numérico, y finalmente está provisto de una corona periférica (14) que se dimensiona/estructura para topar establemente, selectiva y alternativamente, en el extremo delantero (4a) del árbol de accionamiento (4) o en el manguito o casquillo rotatorio de empuje-apoyo (11).
