Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la Patente principal Nº 231.293 sobre procedimiento para el tratamiento de residuos de destilación de las melazas con microorganismos caracterizadas porque para la preparación de un medio de cultivo para bacterias del ácido propiónico bajo formación de vitamina B 12 se inocula con bacterias propiónicas el bagazo, de las industrias de fermentación transformadoras de melaza de micelios u otros autolizados, hidrolizados, termolizados y se les somete a una fermentación anaerobia.
