Abstract

Procedimiento de depuración de humos de combustión, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas según las cuales: - se hacen pasar los humos para depurar (1) a través de un separador de gases-sólidos (101), - se admite, en la entrada de un reactor de apagado (102), a la vez: - una fracción (6) de los residuos sólidos (4) descargados del separador (101), estando esta fracción comprendida entre el 40 y el 95% de la producción total de los residuos sólidos (4) descargados del separador, - un reactivo (8) constituido por óxido de un metal alcalinotérreo, cuyo flujo está comprendido entre el 0,5 y el 10% del flujo de dicha fracción (6) de residuos sólidos (4), y - un flujo gaseoso (7) que contiene entre el 50 y el 100% en volumen de vapor de agua y cuya producción es tal que la relación estequiométrica molar, definida como el número de moles de agua, por hora, del flujo gaseoso (7), dividido por el número de moles, por hora, del reactivo (8), está comprendida entre 2 y 50, estando el tiempo de paso de los sólidos en el reactor (102), durante el cual la mezcla de dicha fracción de residuos sólidos (6) y de dicho reactivo (8) se pone en contacto con el flujo gaseoso (7), comprendido entre 1 y 30 minutos, y - se reciclan hacia el separador (101) los sólidos (9) descargados del reactor (102), mezclándolos con los humos para depurar (1) corriente arriba del separador (101).
