Abstract

Procedimiento para la prueba no destructiva de la calidad de tableros derivados de la madera, fabricados como tipo de tablero reproducible en particular prensando recortes de madera, virutas o fibras encolados con un adhesivo en una prensa (11) y que se transportan en una dirección de transporte T en un equipo de transporte (1) dotado de un chasis de transporte (3), mediante medición del sonido, caracterizado porque a) para determinar una banda de frecuencias de referencia para un tipo de tablero especial, se detecta un sonido a través de un cuerpo sólido, que emite en un lugar (O) espacialmente definido el chasis de transporte (3) activado por un tablero (2) de este tipo de tableros que cumple los criterios de calidad exigidos, durante su transporte en la trayectoria a través del proceso de fabricación, b) se memoriza la banda de frecuencias de referencia como valor de consigna en una instalación electrónica de procesamiento de datos (9), c) se determina en el mismo lugar (O) definido la banda de frecuencias del sonido a través del cuerpo sólido que emite el chasis de transporte (3) activado por el tablero (2) a probar del mismo tipo de tableros, d) se memoriza la banda de frecuencias como valor real en la instalación electrónica de procesamiento de datos (9), e) la instalación de procesamiento de datos (9) compara el valor real con el valor de consigna y f) cuando hay una desviación predeterminada del valor real respecto al valor de consigna, se genera una señal.
