Abstract
Tornillo autorroscante (1), en particular un tornillo de hormigón (2), que comprende una cabeza de tornillo (3), un vástago de tornillo (5) y una rosca (6) conformada al menos parcialmente sobre el vástago de tornillo (5), en donde comenzando en una zona delantera (7) del tornillo (1) con un extremo de tornillo (4) sobre el vástago de tornillo (5) están conformadas cuatro ranuras longitudinales (9), que están limitadas respectivamente por dos lados longitudinales (10) sobre el vástago de tornillo (5) que discurren fundamentalmente de forma radial respecto a un eje longitudinal (8) del tornillo (1), en donde la profundidad de las cuatro ranuras longitudinales (9) disminuye constantemente en la dirección desde el extremo de tornillo (4) a la cabeza de tornillo (3), caracterizado porque un lado longitudinal (10) por cada ranura longitudinal (9) está orientado con un ángulo α de entre 1º y 20º respecto a una recta paralela al eje longitudinal (8) del tornillo (1), porque la primera ya la segunda ranura longitudinal (9) presentan una forma, que puede obtenerse por medio de que una primera herramienta (11) en forma de disco que rota alrededor de un primer eje de rotación (13) con un anillo de elaboración (12) se mecaniza en el tornillo (1), y porque la tercera y la cuarta ranura longitudinal (9) presentan una forma, que puede obtenerse por medio de que una segunda herramienta (11) en forma de disco que rota alrededor de un segundo eje de rotación (13) con un anillo de elaboración (12) se mecaniza en el tornillo (1), en donde los dos anillos de elaboración (12) se disponen con una separación entre ellos y el tornillo (1) se posiciona entre los dos anillos de elaboración (12), de tal modo que mediante un movimiento relativo entre el tornillo (1) y los anillos de elaboración (12) se mecanizan respectivamente dos parejas enfrentadas en ranuras longitudinales (9),
