Abstract
Procedimiento para el control de la calidad de un envase de material plástico (9) moldeado por soplado y estirado, mediante inspección óptica del fondo del envase (12), haciéndose visible la distribución de material (18, 19, 20) en el fondo (12) del envase de material plástico (9) mediante iluminación, grabándose con una o varias cámara(s) electrónica(s) (7) particularmente de resolución espacial, y concluyéndose a partir de ello mediante algoritmos de procesamiento de imágenes, características de la calidad, haciéndose visible la distribución del material mediante una detección de un ángulo interno entre la superficie interior y exterior con la ayuda de luz dirigida, desviándose mediante el ángulo interno la luz dirigida mediante refracción y no alcanzando la cámara (7), de manera que se representan oscuras todas las partes del fondo (12), que configuran un ángulo interno, y apareciendo alrededor de un punto de inyección (14) en el fondo (12) un contorno exterior oscuro (18), que encierra una zona (19) no estirada y/o solo ligeramente estirada, caracterizado por que se determina el tamaño de la superficie de la totalidad de la zona (19) no estirada y/o solo ligeramente estirada, o de una zona parcial (20) elegida no estirada y/o solo ligeramente estirada del fondo (12) del envase de material plástico (9), y/o se determina el tamaño de la superficie, la posición o la acentuación del ángulo interior de la zona de paso entre la zona (19) no estirada y/o solo ligeramente estirada y una zona estirada del fondo (12) del envase de material plástico (9), y/o se determina la forma de la zona de paso entre la zona (19) no estirada y/o solo ligeramente estirada y una zona estirada del fondo (12) del envase de material plástico (9).
