Abstract

Campana de ventilación-extractora perfeccionada, del tipo que comprende una cámara secundaria dispuesta en comunicación de la cámara primaria definida en voladizo por encima de una cocina, cuya cámara secundaria contiene un filtro y por lo menos un juego de toberas fijas de limpieza, dispuestas en orientación conveniente para inyectar agua sobre aquel filtro y sobre parte de las paredes de la cámara secundaria, con inclusión en la parte inferior de dicha cámara de unos medios para recoger y evacuar el agua de limpieza procedente de las toberas, que se caracteriza esencialmente por el hecho de incorporar un intercambiador térmico, dispuesto en la forma secundaria, en la proximidad de su salida formada por un canal de evacuación de los gases, y situado en la trayectoria del agua inyectada por, al menos, uno de los juegos de de limpieza, actuando dicho intercambiador de calor, además de en su función primaria de recuperación calorífuga, como elemento filtrante adicional en la campana.
