Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento en post cosecha de patatas que puedan estar o ser infectadas por la tecla solanivora, que comprende la aplicación directa y continua de ozono en alta concentración y gramaje regulado sobre la patata, infectada o no, manteniendo dicha concentración de ozono durante toda la aplicación en un periodo de, al menos, 48 horas, y estando dicha patata almacenada en una cámara a temperatura controlada de 7ºC. El ozono es obtenido a partir de oxígeno enriquecido a una pureza del 96% mediante un concentrador de oxígeno capaz de conseguir una pureza de oxígeno del 96%. Para no saturar la atmósfera y mantener una misma concentración de ozono durante toda la aplicación, se prevé una salida de evacuación en la cámara que permita mantener una corriente continua.
