Abstract
Un método para detectar la presencia de un microorganismo de Kingella kingae en una muestra biológica de un paciente, que comprende las etapas de a. Llevar a cabo una amplificación PCR del ADN en dicha muestra con el par de cebadores de SEC ID Nº: 2 y SEC ID Nº: 3 b. Detectar la presencia o la ausencia de un ácido nucleico amplificado, en el que la presencia de un ácido nucleico amplificado supone la presencia de un microorganismo de Kingella kingae en dicha muestra biológica.
