Abstract

Procedure of elaboration of substrate packets inoculated with mushroom spores. By means of the process of the invention, the cultivation of mushrooms is optimized, starting from a product that is supplied in packages of substrate, based on straw of chopped and wet cereal, which constitutes between 70 and 80% of the compost to be obtained, to which it is added manure in a percentage of the order of 15-25%, urea to 46% purity in 3-4%, and 1-2% of cooked gypsum, so that the mixture is turned over and it treats until reaching a humidity of between 75 and 90%, to undergo a process of fermentation in which the product is heated to 80ºc to gradually modify its temperature, until a final temperature of about 24ºc, obtaining a fermented compost and pasteurized, which was mixed with mushroom mycelium, followed by packaging, said packages being subjected to a germination and cover phase with a neutral peat of 80% moisture retention capacity and with a ph comprised between 5 and 8.
