Abstract

Procedimiento de elaboración de paquetes de sustrato inoculados con espora de champiñón. Mediante el proceso de la invención se optimiza el cultivo de champiñones, a partir de un producto que se suministra en paquetes de sustrato, a base de paja de cereal picada y mojada, que constituye entre un 70 y un 80% del compost a obtener, a la cual se le añade estiércol en un porcentaje del orden de 15-25%, urea al 46% de pureza en un 3-4%, y un 1-2% de yeso cocido, de manera que la mezcla se voltea y se trata hasta alcanzar una humedad de entre el 75 y el 90%, para someterse a un proceso de fermentación en el que el producto se calienta a 80ºC para ir modificando su temperatura paulatinamente, hasta una temperatura final de unos 24ºC, obteniéndose un compost fermentado y pasteurizado, que se mezclada con micelio de champiñón, procediéndose seguidamente al empaquetado, sometiéndose dichos paquetes a una fase de germinación y cubrición con una turba neutra de capacidad de retención de humedad del 80% y con un pH comprendido entre 5 y 8.
