Abstract

Hilo de endoprótesis vascular para formar una endoprótesis vascular, implantada en vasos de un organismo vivo, en el que se forma un hilo como material de base para el hilo de endoprótesis vascular mediante hilatura por fusión de un poliéster alifático como polímero biodegradable, formándose sobre el mismo una capa que contiene un fármaco y en el que dicha capa que contiene un fármaco se forma mediante recubrimiento, sobre la superficie de hilo, con una disolución de un poliéster alifático que contiene fármaco de la misma clase (el poliéster alifático tiene la misma ramificación molecular que el polímero biodegradable pero puede diferir en el peso molecular) que el poliéster alifático que constituye dicho hilo que va a unirse a dicho hilo en el que se forma una segunda capa formada sólo de un poliéster alifático de la misma clase que el poliéster alifático que forma el hilo sobre dicha capa que contiene un fármaco formada sobre la superficie de hilo.
