Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar clínker de cemento por precalentamiento de harina cruda de cemento (4) en un precalentador y calcinación y sinterización de la harina cruda de cemento precalentada (4), en el que se utilizan para el precalentamiento los gases de escape (5) producidos durante la calcinación y el proceso de sinterización y se les depura seguidamente en un catalizador SCR (6), y en el que se utilizan durante la calcinación y el proceso de sinterización combustibles sustitutivos (8) que contienen materias olorosas carbonadas y/o compuestos amoniacales y que se secan previamente, en el que se utilizan al menos parcialmente para el enfriamiento brusco del gas de escape antes del catalizador SCR (6) un gas de escape de secado (9') y/o un condensado de vahos (12), producidos durante el secado, y se hacen reaccionar en el catalizador SCR (6) las materias olorosas carbonadas y/o los compuestos amoniacales contenidos en el gas de escape de secado y/o el condensado de vahos (12), y en el que el catalizador SCR (6) reduce los óxidos de nitrógeno y oxida los hidrocarburos.
