Abstract

Mantecadora (1) para producir helado y similar del tipo que comprende: una carcasa (2) externa; un tanque (4) de procesamiento de forma sustancialmente cilíndrica que se extiende en el interior de la carcasa (2) desde la pared (2a) delantera de dicha carcasa (2) mientras que permanece coaxial con un eje de referencia sustancialmente horizontal (A); una escotilla (5) de cierre delantera estructurada de modo que pueda cerrar la abertura (4a) del tanque (4) de procesamiento de manera estanca a los fluidos; y un elemento (11) de mezclado rotativo alojado de manera que puede rotar axialmente en el interior del tanque (4) de procesamiento y estructurado de modo que pueda combinar/mezclar la mezcla semisólida que se forma en el interior del tanque (4) de procesamiento; estando la mantecadora caracterizada porque el elemento (11) de mezclado se extiende coaxial con un segundo eje de referencia (L) de manera local sustancialmente coincidente con el eje de referencia (A) del tanque (4) de procesamiento y está dotado de una hélice (25) centrífuga que se dispone coaxial con dicho segundo eje de referencia (L) de modo que esté orientada directamente hacia la cara (5a) interior de la escotilla (5), y estructurada de modo que pueda empujar/expulsar la mezcla semisólida ubicada en el centro de la abertura (4a) del tanque (4) de procesamiento hacia la superficie (4i) lateral cilíndrica interna del tanque (4) de procesamiento cuando el elemento (11) de mezclado rota en el interior del tanque (4) de procesamiento
