Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de un complejo multi axial de napas realizadas a partir de cables cuarteados bajo la forma de bandas, que consiste en disponer sobre una mesa de transporte, a la entrada de ésta, por medio de un dispositivo, una primera capa de bandas cuarteadas previamente enrolladas y previamente cortadas según el eje longitudinal de la mesa, en superposición parcial de dichas bandas, disponer a lo largo de la mesa transportadora por lo menos dos medios de transferencia de las bandas en posición oblicua y/o divergente según ángulos previamente determinados que reciben cada uno una banda previamente cuarteada y disponerlas en superposiciones sucesivas a la primera capa de bandas previamente cortadas en planos diferentes, para constituir una napa multi axial de bandas cuarteadas, dicha napa siendo tratada a continuación por un dispositivo de fijación (3), el avance del tapiz de soporte de la mesa transportadora haciéndose paso a paso para asegurar la superposición de las diferentes capas de bandas previamente cuarteadas por dichos medios de transferencia, caracterizado por que la puesta en práctica del procedimientos se efectúa sin operación de tratamiento de cohesión previa de cada una de dichas bandas y por que dichos medios de transferencia de las bandas longitudinales y transversales aseguran la deposición de las bandas recibiendo cada uno una banda previamente cortada dispuesta directamente sin otra operación intermedia, dicha banda comprendiendo una banda de carbono y una banda de soporte de papel (2a), dichos medios estando instalados para recibir medios de rebobinado de la banda de soporte de papel después de la separación de la banda de carbono.
