Abstract
Procedimiento para la purificación de jugos de azúcar mediante resinas sintéticas de cambio iónico, caracterizado porque se tratan primeramente los jugos de azúcar por lo menos a la temperatura ambiente con una resina de cambio aniónico fuertemente básica en la forma hidróxido, de modo que se comunique a los jugos un pH fuertemente alcalino, y después se tratan los jugos con una sal cálcica y, finalmente, se separan las sales insolubles de los jugos de azúcar así purificados.
