Abstract
Procedimiento de realización de una capa externa sobre la superficie externa de un depósito de lanzadera espacial recubierta de una capa aislante, caracterizado porque consiste en: - chapar contra la superficie a recubrir un refuerzo (10) de poca densidad, susceptible de ser embebido en resina; - embeber el refuerzo (10) en una resina por medio de una película de confinamiento (12) colocada alrededor del refuerzo (10); y - polimerizar dicha resina.

- E1370179423-12-2014REIVINDICACIONES1.-Procedimiento de realización de una capa externa sobre la superficie externa de un depósito de lanzadera espacial recubierta de una capa aislante, caracterizado porque consiste en: 5 -chapar contra la superficie a recubrir un refuerzo (10) de poca densidad, susceptible de ser embebido en resina;-embeber el refuerzo (10) en una resina por medio de una película de confinamiento (12) colocada alrededor del refuerzo (10); y10 -polimerizar dicha resina.
- 2.-Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque consiste en utilizar una bolsa de vacío (14) colocada alrededor del conjunto para contribuir a la repartición homogénea de la resina y a su polimerización, al15 hacer el vacío en el interior de la bolsa de vacío (14).
- 3.-Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque consiste en utilizar como refuerzo (10) un refuerzo constituido por varias capas (50, 51) de fibras (52, 53) orientadas de manera diferente.20 4.-Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque consiste en recubrir con antelación la superficie a recubrir con una película de desprendimiento (7) susceptible de ser desprendida al final del procedimiento, permitiendo así poder quitar al final del procedimiento todos los elementos constitutivos de la puesta en práctica del procedimiento.25 5.-Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, siento cilíndrico el depósito, caracterizado porque la colocación de la capa de refuerzo (10) sobre la superficie a recubrir se efectúa por medio de un rodillo devanador de capa de refuerzo de eje paralelo al eje de la estructura cilíndrica, movido con un movimiento de rotación, en combinación con un ligero movimiento de traslación longitudinal con relación a la estructura cilíndrica para obtener un enrollamiento sucesivo en espiral de la capa de refuerzo (10) sobre la estructura cilíndrica.2
