Abstract

Aparato de lavado de fruta para realizar etapas de lavado de fruta mientras que la fruta es transferida mediante una unidad de accionamiento de cepillos de rodillo del aparato de lavado de fruta, estando compuesta la unidad de accionamiento de cepillos de rodillo por un motor de accionamiento, 5 una pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo, y medios de transmisión de fuerza dinámica para conectar el motor de accionamiento a la pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo, comprendiendo el aparato de lavado de fruta, además: unas cubiertas inferiores en forma de tolva situadas debajo de la pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo; medios de soplado que comprenden un ventilador de soplado conectado a los extremos inferiores de las cubiertas inferiores para soplar aire hacia la pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo; unas cubiertas superiores situadas encima de la pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo y cuyas partes superiores son estrechas y cuyas partes inferiores son anchas para ser simétricas respecto a las cubiertas inferiores; y medios de recogida de polvo herméticos conectados a los extremos superiores de las cubiertas superiores para llevar a cabo la absorción de aire por vacío hacia la parte superior de la pluralidad de cepillos de rodillo; comprendiendo el aparato de lavado de fruta, además, una parte de control conectada al motor de accionamiento, el ventilador de soplado y los medios de recogida de polvo para controlar el motor de accionamiento, el ventilador de soplado y los medios de recogida de polvo.
