Abstract
Aparato para optimizar el funcionamiento de una caldera (11) adecuada para calentar agua de una máquina (12) de usuario y que tiene una tubería (17) de suministro, una tubería (18) de retorno, y un intercambiador (19) de calor que comprende un pared (19a) de intercambio de calor entre el agua que debe calentarse y los humos de combustión, en el que dicho aparato comprende unos medios (13) de bombeo adecuados para hacer circular dicha agua en dicha caldera (11), entre dicha tubería (18) de retorno y dicha tubería (17) de suministro, al menos un primer sensor (16a) de temperatura para detectar una primera temperatura (T1) del agua en dicha tubería (17) de suministro, un segundo sensor (16b) de temperatura asociado a dicha tubería (18) de retorno para detectar una segunda temperatura (T2) del agua en dicha tubería (18) de retorno y unos medios (15, 21) de ajuste asociados a dichos medios (13) de bombeo, para variar de forma selectiva la velocidad de flujo de dichos medios (13) de bombeo en función de la temperatura detectada por al menos uno de o dicho primer sensor (16a) de temperatura o dicho segundo sensor (16b) de temperatura, caracterizado por que dichos medios de ajuste comprenden una unidad (15) de control electrónica provista de una memoria (25) y asociados al menos a dicho primer sensor (16a) de temperatura y a dicho segundo sensor (16b) de temperatura y unos medios (21) para variar la potencia con el fin de variar de forma selectiva las velocidades de flujo de dichos medios (13) de bombeo en función de al menos dichas temperaturas (T1, T2) primera y segunda, detectadas por al menos dicho primer sensor (16a) de temperatura y dicho segundo sensor (16b) de temperatura, configurándose dicha unidad (15) de control electrónica para comparar la diferencia (ΔT) de los valores de dichas temperaturas (T1, T2) primera y segunda con un valor (ΔTmax) de diferencia de temperatura máxima y con un valor (ΔTmin) de diferencia de temperatura mínima predeterminadas y memorizadas en dicha memoria (25) de dicha unidad (15) de control electrónica, y para realizar también una comparación de un valor (Tc) medio real de los valores de dichas temperaturas (T1, T2) primera y segunda con un primer valor (P1) predeterminado en el que poner en marcha los medios (13) de bombeo y con un segundo valor (P2) predeterminado indicativo de la temperatura de la pared (19a) de intercambio de dicho intercambiador (19) de calor de la caldera (11), ambos memorizados en dicha memoria (25).
