Abstract
Engranaje para accionar una extrusionadora que presenta una pieza de proceso (1) con varios árboles (3) axialmente paralelos, dispuestos a lo largo de un círculo con la misma distancia de ángulo central, que están unidos de forma no giratoria a elementos de mecanización (4) con los que engranan árboles (3) contiguos, presentando el engranaje (7) árboles receptores (11) unidos de forma no giratoria coaxialmente a los árboles (3) de la pieza de proceso (1), presentando cada árbol receptor (11) un piñón receptor (12, 13), presentando los árboles receptores (11) contiguos por el desplazamiento axial de sus árboles receptores (12, 13) una diferente longitud (L1, L2) entre su extremo orientado hacia la pieza de proceso (1) y el piñón receptor (12, 13), estando engranados respectivamente con una rueda dentada satélite (18, 19) los piñones receptores (12, 13) desplazados en sentido hacia la pieza de proceso (1) o en sentido contrario a este y estando unida cada rueda dentada satélite (18, 19) a un árbol de accionamiento, caracterizado por que el árbol de accionamiento con la rueda dentada satélite (19) desplazada en sentido contrario a la pieza de proceso (1) está formado por un árbol hueco de torsión (21) y el árbol de accionamiento con la rueda dentada satélite (18) desplazada en sentido hacia la pieza de proceso (1) está formada por un árbol interior de torsión coaxial dispuesto dentro del árbol hueco de torsión (21), estando realizados el árbol hueco de torsión (21) y el árbol interior de torsión (22) de tal forma que la diferencia del ángulo de giro de torsión producida por la diferente longitud (L1, L2) de los árboles receptores (11) es compensada por una diferente torsión del árbol hueco de torsión (21) y del árbol interior de torsión (22).
