Abstract

Un procedimiento de formación de un anillo de sujeción para ser utilizado en una tubería al hacer una conexión de tubería, comprendiendo el procedimiento: extrudir una tubería de un material plástico que tiene propiedades de memoria, mediante lo cual, mientras que se extrude la tubería, su diámetro interior es formado más pequeño que el diámetro exterior de la tubería sobre la cual el anillo de sujeción es colocado antes de hacer la conexión del tubería, cortar la tubería extrudida para formar una parte de tubería, hacer el diámetro interior de la parte de tubería más grande mediante la eliminación de material desde el interior de la parte de tubería pero sólo sobre parte de la longitud de la parte de tubería, de tal manera que un borde de tope es formado en un extremo de la parte de tubería, mediante lo cual la parte de tubería forma el anillo de sujeción.

    REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Un procedimiento de formación de un anillo de sujeción para ser utilizado en una tubería al hacer una conexión de tubería, comprendiendo el procedimiento:
    5 extrudir una tubería de un material plástico que tiene propiedades de memoria, mediante lo cual, mientras que se extrude la tubería, su diámetro interior es formado más pequeño que el diámetro exterior de la tubería sobre la cual el anillo de sujeción es colocado antes de hacer la conexión del tubería,
    cortar la tubería extrudida para formar una parte de tubería, hacer el diámetro interior de la parte de tubería más grande mediante la eliminación de material desde el
    10 interior de la parte de tubería pero sólo sobre parte de la longitud de la parte de tubería, de tal manera que un borde de tope es formado en un extremo de la parte de tubería, mediante lo cual la parte de tubería forma el anillo de sujeción.
  2. 2. El procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que el material es eliminado mediante el mecanizado de la 15 superficie interior de la parte de tubería.

    El procedimiento según la reivindicación 2, en el que el mecanizado se realiza por un escariador.

    El procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que se forma un achaflanado en un extremo de entrada del anillo de sujeción.
    20 5. El procedimiento según la reivindicación 4, en el que el achaflanado es formado en la misma etapa de fabricación que la eliminación de material desde el interior de la parte de tubería.
  5. 6. Un anillo de sujeción para ser utilizado en una tubería al hacer una conexión de tubería, cuyo anillo de sujeción es formado a partir de una tubería extrudida cortando la tubería en una parte de tubería lo suficientemente corta, extrudiéndose dicha tubería de un material plástico que tiene propiedades de memoria y tiene un diámetro interior
    25 menor que el diámetro exterior de la tubería sobre la que el anillo de sujeción es colocado antes de hacer la conexión de la tubería y dicha parte de tubería se ha hecho más grande mediante la eliminación de material desde el interior de la parte de tubería, pero sólo sobre parte de la longitud de la parte de tubería, de tal manera que el anillo de sujeción comprende un borde de tope en un extremo de la parte de tubería.
  6. 7. Un anillo de sujeción según la reivindicación 6, en el que el anillo de sujeción comprende un chaflán formado en 30 un extremo de entrada del anillo de sujeción.
