Abstract

Método para la ayuda a la selección de la especialidad médica y comunicación con el médico especialista a través de un dispositivo móvil.#Método para la ayuda de toma de decisiones clínicas a través de un dispositivo móvil. Un usuario introduce síntomas de una enfermedad a diagnosticar en un terminal de dispositivo móvil de usuario, y los envía a través de internet (10) a un servidor remoto (21), dotado de una base de datos de síntomas, especialidades y enfermedades (22) y de un programa de gestión de síntomas, especialidades y enfermedades. El dispositivo móvil de usuario este comunicado con un dispositivo de computador (25) de un especialista medico disponible, igualmente conectado a través de la WAN (10), con el que el dispositivo móvil de usuario realiza un chat tras el cual el especialista médico diagnostica la enfermedad. El programa puede seleccionar al menos una especialidad médica a partir de los síntomas introducidos y mostrar por el display del dispositivo móvil de usuario las especialidades médicas seleccionadas, para que el usuario pueda elegir una especialidad médica.
