Abstract

1.Sujetador de las tiras embellecedoras dispuestas en los parabrisas de los vehículos a motor, especialmente de plástico, que comprende una base que tiene una abertura alargada para recibir un vástago con cabeza, caracterizado porque está provisto de una pestaña (24, 24'', 24") a lo largo de una cara longitudinal de la base (12, 12'', 12") y sobresalientes hacia arriba de la superficie superior de la base, dos dedos alargados elásticos (26, 26'', 22") que sobresalen hacia arriba desde la pestaña y están curvados hacia el exterior en sentidos opuestos, en general longitudinalmente a la pestaña, y por lo menos un reborde (28, 28'', 54) previsto para el enganche y retención de un borde doblado hacia el interior de una tira embellecedora (T, T'') acanalada, mientras el otro borde de la tira doblado hacia el interior se engancha en los citados dedos, siendo la abertura (16, 16'', 16") de la base alargada y estando dispuesta en dirección inclinada con respecto a la dirección de la pestaña, de manera que, al montar el sujetador en un vástago con cabeza, el avance del sujetador con relación al vástago sitúa la citada pestaña progresivamente más cerca del vástago (5). 2.Sujetador, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la pestaña (24, 24'', 24") sobresale hacia arriba desde la base (12, 12'', 12") sustancialmente a 90º. 3.Sujetador, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque dichos dedos (26, 26'', 26") y dicha pestaña (24, 24'', 24") se hallan sustancialmente en un plano común. 4.Sujetador, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1, 2 y 3 caracterizado porque la base (12, 12'', 12") y la pestaña (24, 24'', 24") están dispuestas rígidamente una respecto de otra. 5.Sujetador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1, 2 y 3, caracterizado porque la base (12, 12'', 12") y la pestaña (24, 24'', 24") se unen en un vértice flexible y elástico que permite un movimiento de giro relativo entre ellas venciendo la resistencia elástica del material del sujetador. 6.Sujetador, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque la abertura (16, 16") de la base (12, 12") está configurada para oponerse a la extracción del sujetador con respecto al vástago (S) cuando éste ha sido alojado en el extremo de la abertura más próximo a dicha pestaña (24'', 24"). 7.Sujetador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la abertura (16, 16'', 16") presenta forma de L y comienza en una abertura prevista pare recibir el vástago a lo largo de la cara de la base opuesta a la citada pestaña (24, 24'', 24"). 8.Sujetador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque dicho reborde (28, 28'') está dispuesto en dicha pestaña (24, 24''). 9.Sujetador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque dicho reborde (54) despuestas adyacentes a los extremos de la base (12") y que están unidas a dicha base junto a la cara opuesta a dicha pestaña (24"), cuyas lengüetas están provistas de un reborde retenedor (54) alineadosustancialmente en sentido longitudinal con la citada pestaña (24"). 10.Sujetador, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque comprende aletas flexibles (30, 30'', 30") que quedan dispuestas entre la tira embellecedora y el parabrisas, y aletas flexibles (32, 32'', 32") que están destinadas a quedar colocadas entre la tira embellecedora y la carrocería del vehículo en el montaje del sujetador y de la tira embellecedora durante la fabricación del vehículo. 11.Sujetador de las tiras embellecedoras dispuestas en los parabrisas de los vehículos a motor.
