Abstract
La invención describe un procedimiento rápido, simple y eficaz para la detección magneto-electroquímica de un analito en una muestra eliminando todo paso de lavado, que comprende la incubación de dicha muestra en presencia de partículas magnéticas y de un elemento de reconocimiento ligado a un enzima en que dicho elemento de reconocimiento y dichas partículas magnéticas son capaces de interaccionar independientemente con dicho analito, la aplicación del electrodo al resultado de esta etapa de incubación en presencia de al menos un imán, la adición de un sustrato electroquímico de dicho enzima para obtener un compuesto con capacidad óxido-reductora, la medición electroquímica en la superficie del electrodo de dicho compuesto con capacidad óxido-reductora o de al menos un producto de una reacción redox generada por dicho compuesto en presencia de los componentes de la muestra, los reactivos añadidos en la incubación y del sustrato electroquímico, y la determinación de la presencia del analito evaluando el resultado de la etapa anterior respecto de una referencia.
