Abstract

Película termoplástica elástica de al menos dos capas, que tiene buena superficie de deslizamiento, caracterizada por que esta película presenta al menos una capa (1) de al menos un poliuretano termoplástico y al menos una capa (2) de una mezcla de al menos un poliuretano termoplástico con al menos un copolímero acrilonitrilobutadieno- estireno modificado, preferentemente con un copolímero injertado con bloques de MMA, los cuales están injertados en unidades de terpolímeros de acrilonitrilo, butadieno y estireno, o con al menos un copolímero injertado con bloques de MMA, los cuales están injertados en unidades de copolímeros elásticos de butadieno y estireno.

Todos los componentes se fundieron juntos en un extrusor.
Las instalaciones de extrusión se usaron a temperaturas de entre 160 º C y 190 ºC. La corriente de masa fundida se encontraba en un cabezal de soplado de película, de una capa, con una temperatura de procesamiento de 190 ºC, y fue descargada a través de una boquilla anular con un diámetro de 500 mm. Mediante soplado de aire se enfrió la
5 boquilla anular, luego se dispuso en forma plana, se separó y se enrolló.
Evaluación de las películas producidas
Las cinco películas se evaluaron respecto a la permeabilidad al vapor de agua, medida de acuerdo con DIN 53 122 a 38 ºC y una humedad relativa del 90 %, y respecto a la resistencia mecánica, medida de acuerdo con DIN EN ISO 527 (ensayo de tracción) y DIN 53 515 (resistencia al desgarro). La adherencia entre el soporte y TPE-U se midió de
10 acuerdo con ASTM F88a en una anchura de banda de 200 mm. El brillo se midió de acuerdo con DIN 67 530 orientado hacia la cara del soporte o bien en caso de películas sin soporte, orientado hacia cara con el menor brillo. El coeficiente de fricción contra la película de metal se determinó según DIN EN ISO 8295 sobre el mismo lado en el que se determinó la medición del brillo.

15 Las películas de la invención de los Ejemplos 1 y 2 son claramente superiores a las películas conocidas de los Ejemplos Comparativos 3 a 5. A través de la estructura de película de la invención del Ejemplo 1 y 2, se obtuvo una reducción significativa de brillo en todos los ángulos de medición en comparación con los ejemplos comparativos 3 y 5. Aunque el Ejemplo Comparativo 4 muestra un brillo similar, la tensión de fractura está muy por debajo de las otras películas y es insuficiente.
20 La fuerza de separación entre la película soporte y las capas de TPE-U, así como el coeficiente de fricción son igualmente buenos en todas las películas de múltiples capas.
La permeabilidad al vapor de agua de la película de múltiples capas de la invención también es similar a la de las películas conocidas (Ejemplo 1 en comparación con el Ejemplo Comparativo 3 y el Ejemplo 2 en comparación con el Ejemplo Comparativo 5).
