Abstract

El objeto de la invención es el desarrollo de un nuevo proceso biológico de extracción que conduzca a la obtención de un extracto con actividad farmacológica a partir de orujo de uva. El proceso conduce a la obtención de un nuevo producto de origen natural totalmente soluble y con capacidad vasodilatora, el cual tiene características como alimento funcional o nutracéutico para la prevención y/o tratamiento de ciertas patologías cardiovasculares.
