Abstract

Un método para cargar y mantener una batería secundaria de ión litio (101) que usa partículas de material activo positivo (135) fabricadas a partir de un material activo positivo de tipo coexistencia bifásica (PM) en su placa de electrodo positivo (130), comprendiendo el método: una etapa de sobrecarga (S7; S23) para cargar la batería secundaria de ión litio (101) a un SOC (estado de carga) de sobrecarga que no es mayor que un SOC del 100 % pero mayor que un SOC diana; una etapa de descarga de retorno (S8; S24) para descargar, después de la etapa de sobrecarga (S7; S23) la batería secundaria de ión litio (101) para hacer al SOC de la batería igual al SOC diana; y una etapa de mantenimiento (S10; S25) para mantener el SOC de la batería secundaria de ión litio (101) al SOC diana hasta que se inicia la siguiente descarga de la batería secundaria de ión litio (101).
