Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un aerosol de tipo impacto directo para controlar una plaga de insectos que exhibe un excelente efecto controlador de plagas de insectos, más específicamente un aerosol para controlar una plaga de insectos que comprende al menos un compuesto piretroide, al menos un solvente orgánico y al menos un propulsor, donde el valor característico del aerosol calculado por la siguiente fórmula es de 0,5-25.#Fórmula: Valor característico del aerosol = Distancia de llegada de la aerosolización (cm) x cantidad de aerosolización (g) por segundo / concentración en peso (%) de compuesto piretroide; y el compuesto piretroide está preferiblemente representado por la fórmula (I):#****IMAGEN****#y más preferiblemente al menos un compuesto seleccionado entre el grupo consistente en imiprotrina, tetrametrina, praletrina, transflutrina, metoflutrina, dimeflutrina, 2,2-dimetil-3-(1-propenil)ciclopropanocarboxilato de 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-4-metilbencilo y similares.
