El objeto de la invención es un equipo de entrenamiento. El documento D01 muestra (resumen y figura 1) un equipo de entrenamiento que comprende un primer tubo (10) de sección cuadrangular; un segundo tubo (110) de sección cuadrangular e insertado en el primer tubo (10); y dos tubos cuadrangulares (28) y (147) perpendiculares a los primeros y fijados en el extremo lateral del segundo tubo y en extremo del primer tubo, respectivamente. La invención no se encuentra comprendida de manera idéntica en el Estado de la Técnica anterior y por tanto la reivindicación 1 tiene novedad (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986). Sin embargo la diferencia es tan sutil que carece de actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Ambos tubos verticales disponen de una serie de orificios que, al hacerlos coincidentes tras el deslizamiento de uno sobre el otro, permiten la regulación de la longitud del conjunto.
