El objeto de la invención es un dispositivo de seguridad para deslizamiento deportivo. El documento D01 muestra (resumen y figuras).-distintas opciones de diseño para un dispositivo de seguridad para deslizamiento deportivo, que comprende unas estructuras, en algunos casos compuestas por tubos, a los que se fija un cable sobre el que se desliza una polea. La invención no se encuentra comprendida de manera idéntica en el Estado de la Técnica anterior y por tanto la reivindicación 1 tiene novedad (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986) Se diferencia de la solicitud en la forma de las estructuras y en la ausencia de la segunda polea. La forma de la estructuras es una opción de diseño, entre las muchas existentes para soportar cables de deslizamiento, conocida en el Estado de la Técnica como muestran los documento D05 (figura 1) y D06 (figuras). El efecto técnico buscado con el uso de la segunda polea es el poder elevar al usuario, en este caso para prevenir las caídas. Dicho empleo es conocido y está generalizado en el Estado de la técnica, siendo utilizado en rescates, construcción, representaciones teatrales, rehabilitación y atención de pacientes, además de en el entrenamiento deportivo como muestran los documentos D02 y D04. Un experto en la materia habría conocido el documento D02 y lo habría combinado con el documento D01. Luego, las reivindicaciones 1 y 4 adolecen de actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Ambos dispositivos cuentan con sistema que permitan ajustar la longitud del cable, de manera que la reivindicación 2 no tiene actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). El uso de vientos, provistos con sistemas de control de tensión para sujetar una estructura anclándose al suelo, es conocido en el Estado de la Técnica y se puede observar en los documentos D05 ya mencionado y D09.
