Abstract
Se desvela un hogar tangencialmente caldeado para la combustión de antracita. El hogar puede contener una caldera con una cámara que tiene cuatro esquinas. Pueden configurarse cuatro grupos de quemadores localizados en las cuatro esquinas para impulsar flujo de carbón pulverizado en la cámara para la combustión, con el fin de formar una única bola de fuego sustancialmente en el centro de la cámara durante la combustión. Cada grupo de quemadores puede contener un primer quemador que incluye boquillas de aire primario/porción rica para impulsar flujo de carbón de porción rica en una sección inferior de la cámara, y un segundo quemador que incluye boquillas de porción de aire primario/porción pobre para impulsar flujo de carbón de porción pobre en una sección superior de la cámara.
