Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement El documento D01 se considera el más próximo del estado de la técnica a la invención solicitada. Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the requested invention. In relation to claim 1, D01 describes in Figure 1 a programming system for the automatic replacement of selected advertising messages in a scenario, for the issuance of personalized advertising messages (page 2 line 10 to 15) in simultaneous or deferred broadcast (page 6 lines 1 to 9) for television, mobile telephony and internet media in different networks, channels and television programs (page 3 lines 15 to 17). The system includes: -a stage and an advertising installed on the stage or space reserved for advertising (page 2 lines 10 to 15) -a central of reception of images and realization (figure 1 references 30, called address vehicle, page 4 lines 1 to 10), -one or several cameras (figure 1 references 10C, 10b, 10c) connected to the central -a database with advertising different from that of the scenario (figure 1 references 58). In D01 this module corresponds to the scenario server, page 6 lines 1 to 9 -a central of production and emission of images or realization (figure 1 reference 561, 562 and 563, called graphical emission modules). The central of production and emission of images or realization of D01 is characterized in that it detects the selected advertising images and replaces them with selected images from the database. As indicated in Figure 1, the output provides images that will be displayed in custom scenarios with panels or images on the image receiving devices such as television, mobile telephony and internet connected to a non-global network such as TV, mobile telephony or Internet (page 3 lines 15 to 24) Therefore, in view of the foregoing, it is concluded that claim 1 is not new (Article 6 LP.). With respect to claim 2, D01 only contemplates the application to a scenario. Therefore the difference is the application to two or more scenarios simultaneously. The technical effect is the application to two scenarios simultaneously. The technical problem is how to apply it to two scenarios simultaneously. However, this problem is widely known and solved in television systems in which the central image reception often works with different scenarios. Accordingly, claim 2 does not imply inventive activity (Article 8 LP.). Claim 3 is described in D01 (figure 1), where the reception central sends the signal to several production and transmission centers (figure 1 reference 561, 562 and 563, called graphical emission modules) and replaces in the images. Therefore, claim 3 is not new (Art. 6 LP.). Claims 4 to 6 also do not meet the requirement of novelty (Art. 6 LP.) As described in D01 (Figure 1, page 3 lines 7 to 14, page 3 lines 15 to 18). Claims 7 and 8 define different alternatives of unified or distributed architectures for the different elements of the system. These architectures are commonly known and used in the state of the art and their application to the invention is obvious to the person skilled in the art. Consequently, claims 7 and 8 do not imply inventive activity (Art. 8 LP.) Informe del Estado de la Técnica Página 4/4 State of the Art Report Page 4/4
