The replacement / changing of the advertising present in a video transmission, such that when the Video transmission is fed to a geographical location, location specific advertising may be viewed, and wherein the area of advertising to be replaced is identified via a transmitter attached to the area of advertising.
3.) Layered information technology can also be used for historical previously saved recorded material.
4.) Usually most venue owners generate revenue from venue area advertisements; but particular countries products usually are only known locally and in most cases there is no recognition of the information when viewed in a foreign country.
5.) The emitted transmitter identity signals are also recorded onto the captured film materials.
14.) This captured film with the emitted signal saved onto the identified transmitter area of captured film activates computer based software at further stages of the substitution of materials technology process and computer based software links the identification signals to customers substitution materials.
15.) The transmitter identity equipment is fitted very close to or alternatively on the particular area, emitting signals linked to customer linked software databases.
16.) The recognition of transmitter identity signals that are relative to a particular identified active venue's area of information are acknowledged by and through the camera's line of sight laser, radar, wireless, or any known impulse transmission and recognition technology to activate database equipment and computer based software for the further processing of identified database information.
17.) The transmitted signal could also originate from any venue tagged designated area of blank information areas.

23.) These specific new database activations will allow for the acknowledged signal received by customer material substitution data bases to be repeater transmitted back to the camera recording equipment and onto the identified areas transmitter.
