Abstract
Procedimiento de optimización de la longitud de corte de palanquillas de mezcla en coladas secuenciales de aceros de diferente calidad.#Procedimiento de optimización de cálculo de la longitud de una palanquilla de mezcla en colada continua en la práctica de coladas secuenciales de diferente calidad, la cual está destinada a ser cortada como material de desecho, donde en el comienzo de dicho procedimiento, definido como tiempo cero en el estudio, se encuentra diluido, en una artesa, una cantidad inicial de un primer acero, con una composición del elemento i constituyente del acero: yo (Tn) en un volumen definido como Vo (m{sup,3}); y donde el procedimiento de optimización comprende las siguientes etapas:#a) evacuar dicho primer volumen de acero con un caudal de salida definido como Qs (m{sup,3}/min), el cual viene dado por la velocidad de colada, número de líneas de colada, formato final de la palanquilla;#b) alimentar, a partir de la etapa a), dicha artesa con un segundo acero con que comprende una segunda composición química; comprende una concentración determinada del elemento i definida como Ce (Tn i/Tn) y comprende un caudal de entrada máximo definido como Qe (m{sup,3}/min), correspondiente a una situación donde una corredera de paso está completamente abierta;#c) plantear un balance global a la artesa donde el caudal de entrada es igual al caudal de salida, más un término de acumulación definido como dV/dt; donde V es el volumen en la artesa;#d) plantear un balance por componentes a través de una ecuación diferencial;#e) resolver dicha ecuación diferencial determinando la evolución de la concentración de los elementos constituyentes de cada tipo de acero, a lo largo de dicha palanquilla de mezcla, en función del peso remanente en la artesa, formato a fabricar y composiciones objetivo de las coladas; y#f) calcular la longitud teórica de corte como un compromiso entre la longitud necesaria para alcanzar la composición objetivo de la segunda colada de dicho segundo acero y unas horquillas de fabricación fijadas.Procedure for optimizing the cutting length of mixing billets in sequential castings of steels of different quality # Optimization procedure for calculating the length of a mixing billet in continuous casting in the practice of sequential casting of different quality, which It is intended to be cut as waste material, where at the beginning of said procedure, defined as zero time in the study, an initial amount of a first steel is diluted in a trough, with a composition of the constituent element i steel: I (Tn) in a volume defined as Vo (m {sup, 3}); and where the optimization procedure comprises the following steps: #a) evacuate said first volume of steel with an output flow defined as Qs (m {sup, 3} / min), which is given by the casting speed, number of casting lines, final format of the billet; #b) feed, from step a), said trough with a second steel with which it comprises a second chemical composition; it comprises a certain concentration of the element i defined as Ce (Tn i / Tn) and comprises a maximum input flow defined as Qe (m {sup, 3} / min), corresponding to a situation where a passageway is completely open; #c) propose a global balance to the trough where the input flow is equal to the output flow, plus an accumulation term defined as dV / dt; where V is the volume in the trough; #d) propose a balance by components through a differential equation; #e) solve said differential equation by determining the evolution of the concentration of the constituent elements of each type of steel, along of said mixing billet, depending on the weight remaining in the trough, format to be manufactured and objective compositions of the laundry; and # f) calculate the theoretical cutting length as a compromise between the length necessary to reach the target composition of the second casting of said second steel and fixed manufacturing forks.
