Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement Reivindicación 1 El documento más próximo al objeto de la invención es D01, dicho documento presenta un sistema de señalización de ayudas para vehículos y peatones que usa un sistema de señalización electromagnética o de infrarrojos de corto intervalo. Claim 1 The document closest to the object of the invention is D01, said document presenting a signaling system of aids for vehicles and pedestrians using an electromagnetic or short-range infrared signaling system. In this document, if you indicate the use of different detectors such as iterative inductive detection (loops), or scanning detectors, the purpose of this request is to use different detectors with the scanning problems associated with said detectors, thus presenting a multi-channel detector system of vehicles. This document shows the use of AVI systems, based on inductive detectors, however, said knowledge is also indicated in the description memory (object of the invention), in the application, therefore its Use in this sector is more than known. The difference with the object of the invention is based on the non-use of RFID systems; document D02, presents a signaling system for vehicles and pedestrians using an infrared electromagnetic signaling system of short interval; in this document it is used for the identification of vehicles, both the AVI system, that is to say a system of automatic vehicle identification such as the RFID system, that is, identification under frequency. (Column 1, line 66, Column 2, line 12). The combination of said documents allows, without using excessive inventive height, a vehicle detection system that unifies RFID and AVI systems based on inductive loop detectors Therefore, obtaining the object of this application does not imply progress in the state of the art at hand and a an expert in the field could apparently reach that object, without supposing excessive inventive activity. Therefore, claim 1 is new (Article 6 LP) but lacks inventive activity (Article 8 LP). Claims 2-6 It does not establish any contribution considering that RFID tags can work in different frequency bands, said characteristic is commonly known, as that the types of transponders can be active, passive, semi-active etc ...; The same goes for saying that the detectors can be analog or digital. These considerations are given with the technical characteristics of said devices. The consideration of incorporating an RFID reader is considered redundant, any system under RFID radio frequency needs to. Based on the above and the dependence on the first claim, said claims are new (Article 6 LP) but they lack inventive activity (Article 8 LP).
